I stayed @ this hotel for 2 nights in a standard guest room and was impressed - here is why - The room was very comfortable and well designed (look and function) - It does not have a typical corporate look and feel (see photos) - The bar was excellent (library type feel with very nice cocktails) - The staff...

We spent three very enjoyable days here. A really good buzz about the place, nice rooms (even though I am sure I booked a room with a bath....). The restaurant is excellent and we loved the fact that there is an area that is dedicated to hotel guests. It is frustrating when you have booked and paid for a rooms...

Nice hotel and very cool designed room. I like the atmosphere with this authentic wood floor and nice decoration on bedroom. Restaurant is nice and very trendy atmosphere. Not bad location around everything in Manhattan. The bed is very large and comfortable. Very good stay.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The hotel has a character all of its own, with great staff and a restaurant as good as any we have been to, On top of that the Library bar is a great retreat from a days exploring, with a wonderful choice of interesting and unique cocktails. We particularly enjoyed the...

I have only stayed at The Nomad once but it was a lovely experience. My cousin and I got a killer deal on a corner suite and it was well worth the splurge. It was beautifully appointed and had a huge bathroom with separate WC, free-standing tub and a separate, large shower. The living room in the suite is on...

The Flatiron District is an ideal Manhattan weekend location and it felt to us that The NoMad Hotel is the ideal spot from which to venture out and an even better place to which to return. Service is thoughtful, attentive and genuine. The bar and restaurant is a hot spot with the locals and so it was a pleasant surprise...

The thing my wife loved about this hotel was its French feel. Beautiful artwork, great doors, clawfoot tub in the bedroom, fabric wall separating the bathroom and living space, cool library to have coffee in. And the same French touch is why it gets 4 and not 5 stars from me: small room, no drawer space, small sink area, no...

Spent one night in NYC staying at The Nomad off a friend's recommendation, and super glad I did: I've finally met my perfect match in hotels. OVERVIEW I'm a sucker for a bit of luxury but often struggle with the impersonal service and/or clinical business conference feel of many large luxury chains. The Nomad manages to bring luxury and boutique...

What a cool hotel - I was fortunate enough to spend a night in one of their suites. The 360 bedroom is awesome, the furnishings classic. I love the historic aspects of it all, I would happily stay there again. Can't beat the Library Lounge and Elephant Bar too

Stayed at the Nomad for a week in May whilst visiting NY and loved the location, tucked away, each of the bar & restaurant areas are fashionably dark & moody, with a very cool vibe. Stayed in a grande room which was spacious but had a lack of storage for a couple staying a week ( 1 closet, no drawers...

The NoMad Hotel is housed in a turn of the century Beaux-Arts building that has been fully restored to its original grandeur with interiors by French designer Jacques Garcia. The hotel is intended as a fresh take on the classic grand hotels of Europe with a distinct New York sensibility. The design of the hotel was inspired by the Parisian flat of Garcia’s youth. The 168 rooms are residential in feel and decorated in his classic, timeless style. Each room is appointed with hand-selected, richly textured custom-designed furnishings and original artwork.
