Coolest of the cool. This hotel makes me feel as if i have gone back in time. Beautifully appointed, fantastic service, awesome food. Worth it, worth it, worth it! This is our second trip to the Nomad and each time I have been amazed with the restuarant and bar. The specialty drinks are well made and tasty. The menu is...

Recently stayed 5 nights at the Nomad which was my second visit. A bit disappointed this trip with the customer service 2 nights after working all day came back to an unmade room and had to call for service. This was at 5:30 which when discussing this with the front desk I was told that this was standard Not sure...

A truly wonderful experience! An amazing place--Library room, Bar area, restaurant- all decorated to perfection & ambience is welcoming and warm; not stuffy at all. Staff is attentive without being oppressive. Service was wonderful. Menu & food were fabulous. Wines & cocktails were extensive. Can't wait to return!

It's a great hotel for those who don't need a the modern all glass skyscraper. The area is trendy as is the bar downstairs, this was really a nice change of pace and you feel the history unlike some other hotels near midtown

Delightful boutique hotel with European decor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with fast response time. The dim lighting throughout promoted a relaxed and calming atmosphere. My room was quaint and eclectically adorned yet very comfortable. Likely the most comfortable bed and pillows I have experienced in a hotel. I was disappointed my room did not have a claw...

What a surprise that was, a Valentine's Day dinner gift. We climbed the stairs to the balcony above the bar for Italian night extraordinaire. It was all about hearts and Italian food. Beef carpaccio in the shape of - yes you guessed, a heart, started what was one of the best dinners I have had in New York. I could...

I used to rate The Bryant Park as my favourite hotel in NY, that is until I discovered The Nomad. It is a beautifully maintained property just beside the 28th St NR subway and minutes from Herald Square. The rooms are spacious and curated in such a way that you really do feel like you are staying in a Parisian...

The bar is busy & noisy. Guess that's part of the point! It's easy on the eye. Good vibe. Lively. But it's just the start of the experience. Dinner is great. Really loud and busy, smart dining room. Kicked off with some great dishes to share. Some shrimp, fois gras, pasta. Hyper tasty. Into the entrees. I shared the house...

We had 2 nights at the NoMad in November. We arrived before check in time and were told that the latest we would have to wait for the room was 3pm, however after checking several times we eventually got into our room about 3:30. We found the front desk staff a little brusque however. As everyone has aid the entrance...

The NoMad Hotel is housed in a turn of the century Beaux-Arts building that has been fully restored to its original grandeur with interiors by French designer Jacques Garcia. The hotel is intended as a fresh take on the classic grand hotels of Europe with a distinct New York sensibility. The design of the hotel was inspired by the Parisian flat of Garcia’s youth. The 168 rooms are residential in feel and decorated in his classic, timeless style. Each room is appointed with hand-selected, richly textured custom-designed furnishings and original artwork.
