Our second stay at the Nomad and not the last. It's as good as it gets. Great service, lovely restaurant and bar and a gorgeous room with a large bathroom (and great water pressure). Super comfortable bed plus a complimentary bottle of wine! We love this place.

Located at Broadway and 28th, it was in the middle of all the places we wanted to be. The rooms were boutique and furnished in the overall comfortable style of the Hotel. Dining at the hotel was not inexpensive, but everything we ate was exceptional. And the Library bar should be cloned for every city we go to. But the... More

We stayed at the Nomad when it opened four years ago and annually since. The neighborhood is filling in nicely with more upscale dining and lounges. The decor delivers an unexpected grace. French urban meets Chelsea chic. The rooms are idiosyncratic studies in making every room unique and welcoming--really more urban home than bland or trying-too-hard chain hotel. I appreciate... New favorite hotel in NYC & this is saying a lot. A beautiful mix of classical & hipster with exceptional service and high quality amenities, including excellent towels and bed linens. Atelier room spacious with great urban views. Came for TriBeCa film festival, will definitely return.

We went for dinner and a pre-dinner drink at the bar and boy was it packed with trendy hip people of all ages. Fast polite and very knowledgeable bartender whipped out our drinks in no time but we had to remain standing. The restaurant is great too. Dimly lit with red curtains and red chairs with quick courteous and efficient... More

We chose the NoMad for our "just the two of us" 25th-anniversary celebration weekend in NYC, and I did mention the occasion when I booked (figured it couldn't hurt!) - we were so pleased with the property, the service, attitude, dining, and overall feel of the place! Check-in was warm & personal (immediate anniversary congrats from the super-helpful desk attendant),... More

This was my second stay at the Nomad and it was just as great as the first. They even welcomed me back with a bottle of wine which I thought was a great touch. The rooms are perfect, the bathroom/shower are great. Beds are very comfortable. Love the hardwood floors. The staff are helpful and welcoming.

My husband and I have just left a rather wonderful 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. In many ways the service is not perfect but our room was so comfortable, our bath so fabulous ( with views over the Empire State Building)and the location so awesome that it is now an absolute must if staying in New York. Veronica,... More

This was our first stay at The NoMad and it won't be our last! A wonderful hotel. The staff try extra hard. The rooms are spacious compared to other NYC rooms. Our room was on the 8th floor and to the back which was great as it was quiet. One annoyance was the lack of room storage. It only had... More

Booked this hotel over the weekend in between business trips. Great location to be able to walk up to Times Square, Central Park but also downtown to Union Square, East Village (if you like walking). My room was good size but two people might be a little cramped but excellent use of small space with shower enclosed behind bed. Didn't... More

The NoMad Hotel is housed in a turn of the century Beaux-Arts building that has been fully restored to its original grandeur with interiors by French designer Jacques Garcia. The hotel is intended as a fresh take on the classic grand hotels of Europe with a distinct New York sensibility. The design of the hotel was inspired by the Parisian flat of Garcia’s youth. The 168 rooms are residential in feel and decorated in his classic, timeless style. Each room is appointed with hand-selected, richly textured custom-designed furnishings and original artwork.
