As a guest who stayed with here as part of a group in January, I'm happy to write this review to let all potential guests know of the OUTSTANDING service we received from Alvin. While the entire team was exceptionally gracious throughout our stay, on the morning of check out, Alvin went above and beyond to take care of our...

I will stay here again and again. I didn't not take advantage of the coffee bar downstairs. The stay includes access to a gym for working out. Great restaurants nearby. Chelsea market is amazing for shopping and food. A must go to.

We decided to stay at the High Line Hotel for our New Years Eve due to its charm, proximity to great restaurants in Chelsea, and cozy atmosphere for the holidays. We are blown away by the decor, atmosphere, and experience as a whole! We stayed in room 13 and had a beautiful view of the 25 foot Christmas tree in...

It was a pleasure to have you with us for the New Year festivities and hope we will be hosting you very soon. Spring and Summer are amazing when the outside garden restaurant and the gardens are open.

This hotel was perfect for a Christmas week trip with my teen daughter. We had a cozy, comfortable room on the fifth floor appointed with antiques and interesting architectural elements. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a lovely tree out front and festive music playing in the lobby. There was always a hustle and bustle of neighbors, many...

This hotel looks traditional romantic and cosy with rooms fit for a photo shoot on tumbler or instagram. We stayed here with a group of family members who chose this hotel . Our group was 3 adults 1 teen and 1 baby 14months. We were housed on the top floor together for 5 nights which was very good in a...

The High Line has a warm inviting lobby where you can get cappuccino or my favorite their hot chocolate as well as a snack. In good weather you can sit outside. A great meeting place. It is a very well-kept and well-managed hotel.

Last minute visit to NYC pre-holidays became a real treat with a complimentary upgrade from HLH to an amazing suite! Decor of the hotel has had such care applied, location was perfect for Chelsea gallery going, walking the High Line thx to an incredibly mild couple December days, and the staff at HLH was always generous and smiling. This hotel is special. Beautifully appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and an amazing lobby bar that serves great coffee during the day, and cocktails in the evening. It was our home away from home for a week in December. Highly recommended, and we hope to stay there again.

First time staying at this property and will NOT be my last. Thinking I have found my home away from home. Son and fiancé moved to the area earlier this year and we've tried other (pricier) accommodations. The High Line Hotel, has been the best! Staff was pleasant & helpful, the room was immaculate, airy and comfortable. Parking in the...

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Home to hundreds of art galleries, beautiful brownstones, and one of New York’s newest and most popular attractions, Chelsea is one of the city’s jewels when it comes to neighbourhood life. The contemporary art scene is an integral part of the neighbourhood’s identity, with gallery openings almost every night of the week and countless exhibits to explore. As a longtime hub of gay culture in New York City, it’s also a diverse district with a vibrant nightlife scene. The opening of the High Line, an abandoned elevated train track transformed into a world-class pedestrian park, gave this neighbourhood new life as a tourist destination. The High Line provides visitors with a tranquil, elevated space with incomparable views, providing an unparalleled way to experience the city.
