The staff here were incredibly nice. The hotel rooms were small - but they used the space very well. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The shower head in the bathroom was really nice. The location also couldn't be beat - quick walk to anything, including the subway. I would pick this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Nice neighborhood. Near Lil Italy and Chinatown. Make sure you visit Sauce for some amazing pasta and red sauce/gravy. Small hotel, clean, friendly staff and such a bargain for SOHO. I hear Vanessa's is the dumpling go to place. Recommend.

Staff was very accommodating. I was surprised that they charged us additional fee to hold our luggage for a few hours after we just spent 711.00 on rooms...I guess that's a characteristic of New York. The rooms are small, but the showers were great. It's a bit of a noisy neighborhood. Great restaurants within walking distance.

I loved staying ion Soho and I especially loved this small hotel. The room was small too, just big enough for 2 double beds and unfortunately there was no fridge but the attention to detail with the decor and the fresh, clean delightful room and bathroom with a view over the street ...fantastic! My only regret is that I didn't...

We had no cable, the room was dirty, the staff did not cooperate with us and gave us many excuses for the bad service. We did not have cable TV for the entire stay. They said they would credit us back some money but they never did. I think the hotel is one of the worst and will never stay...

Good Morning, I am sorry to hear about your stay. We did have a issue with the cable recently, however this was out of our control. The city was working on the street. As for the other problems, i am completely shocked to hear this. Our cleanliness and front desk staff are always fantastic. I would like to know more...

I've started trying a few hotels in this part of Manhattan, as I'm there a few times a year for business. This was a fairly average stay. Good location, small/NYC-average room, good shower, clean, basic/few amenities. Bed was really comfy, which is always nice since sleeping is the main thing I'm doing in my NYC hotel room. Oh, also, the...

I enjoyed the hotel, great service, clean, and comfortable. The elevator was out for a few days, and the stairs are not so fast. The only thing missing is a roof deck!! When I go to NYC I just want a clean and comfortable room. I don't need too fancy as I'm hardly ever in my room. The Solita fit the bill perfectly. Added bonus is the staff, they always welcomed you with a smile and a positive welcoming attitude. It was a pleasure to stay here. Oh and the dual shower...

Staying in SoHo

Neighbourhood Profile
SoHo
Once the artistic hub of New York City, SoHo (South of Houston) is now one of the premiere shopping destinations in the world. Housing everything from the most popular luxury brands to swank boutiques you won’t find anywhere else, this is a sophisticated shopper’s dream come true. Broadway teems with big-name stores and people during the day, while Prince and Spring Streets are the other main drags to explore by foot. Take a detour down the quieter side streets to see the real star of the district –majestic cast-iron architecture everywhere you look. What were once warehouses and art studios are now meticulously restored loft buildings favored by many of New York’s celebrities, making SoHo one of the trendiest addresses in the city. The pretty streets of Nolita (North of Little Italy) offer a more sedate vibe, with plenty of tiny boutiques and hip restaurants to seek out.
