very friendly staff, an easy walk to Penn Station and the Empire State building. Good restaurants nearby, I especially recommend IndiKitch for a great lunch or dinner. Close to the subway and surface transportation will definitely stay at this Hampton Inn on my next trip to New York.

The location of the Hampton Inn was very convenient to MSG, 6th/7th Ave Metro stops, fashion district etc. Staff was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous. Bathroom decent sized, but overall size of room put a damper on the stay.

I work in the area (so I am not a leisure traveler) and I have to say, they have the BEST beds in all of midtown. Comfortable, super clean, I always sleep great at this hotel...and when I have a 15 hour work day ahead of me, man thats what matters!
