Hotel's Favourite
This is my fifth time in this hotel with my husband, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention, Ana Rosário, Giovanni, Miguel and also the friendly Idris. The breakfast has gluten-free bread, I just asked the very polite attendants Angelica and Elizabeth bring it on my table. Many options of fruits and breads. The room always clean.I also really like the kitchenette, it makes it a lot easier. They take orders from Amazon. I hope to be back soon. Thanks.

I would like to take a moment to share a very special experiance and great time at homewood suites. The staff at Homewood suites in Manhattan, NY, all around were by far the best I have ever experienced. From the time we checked in and met the staff at the desk, we felt at home until the moment we left, (well even after). During our departure, My wife left a very important jacket in our room as we checked out. For runners it is called a "Ragnar" and she waited 50 years to run this race as a team member. So you can see how important this jacket was to her. The housekeeping staff took in upon themselves to make sure we got it home. When I could not get a prepaid package sent to the hotel, the manager took it upon herself and at her own expense to send the jacket back to my wife. It brings back something very special to today's society.. I want to thank everyone at Homewood Suites for an outstanding and unforgettable 2 day stay. They truly went above and beyond to give us a NewYork experiance, that we will never forget, We will be back, and I will never forget the personal attention they gave us all around . Thank you. The hotel was clean and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Jefferson on reception who was very helpful in facilitating an early check in after a long journey. The room was bright with good cooking facilities and breakfast the following morning was very good.

Always scary to try a new hotel, but we were delighted. Wonderful, spacious room with full kitchen, fantastic shower and even a nice view out the window. Very welcoming staff at the front desk, spotless room, comfortable bed, and everything was in working order. A nice hot breakfast in the morning was also included. And it was HALF THE PRICE of the hotel we used to stay at. This is now our favorite hotel in NYC.

I had a pretty decent experience. Was able to check in through my phone and access my room before I reached the hotel which was great. The lobby was nice and inviting. Didn’t have to wait in any lines or come in contact with anyone. Just went straight to my room! The staff, although I didn’t have to come in contact with them that much, were good. It really does help & makes a big difference when you have enough staff to cover different areas throughout the hotel! It is a safe hotel. You have to use your room key for everything! The complimentary breakfast was ok. Glad they had different options (cold & hot) available. The options were on the healthier side. A variety of fruits to choose from……… eggs, potatoes, turkey & chicken sausage, turkey bacon, french toast, pancakes, oatmeal, etc. I liked that they had to-go boxes if you wanted to take some food with you. The rooms were great!!! Lots of space and the kitchen was fully furnished (stove, dishwasher, sink, pots, pans, untensils) in case you wanted to cook or anything. There was also a huge refrigerator in the room with plenty of space to store your food & drinks. Felt like a mini home! The hotel is in a good location, about a 5-10mins. walk to Times Square, Broadway, and the Subway. Madison Square Gardens is about the same distance in the opposite direction. Will stay here again if I visit NYC! 👍🏼🗽…

We were very pleased with our five night stay. The Hotel seemed very well managed and staff were helpful and polite. Our room/studio was clean and quiet (though light sleepers may find the fridge noise a little annoying at night). Nice to get a breakfast in the hotel; the eating area was pleasant, the breakfast ok. Location in centre of Midtown Manhattan was perfect for us. The streets in the area were busy and noisy but for us existing; the hotel a bit of a sanctuary.

The staff is amazing. They really go out of their way to help customers in their time of need. Would like to specifically mention Donnaven who helped us tremendously. We will definitely be back to stay at this Homewood Suites on our next trip to NYC!

Had a great experience at this hotel. Very clean and on time with the check in process. The unlimited coffee and included breakfast make you feel at home.
