Location great for trip to the city. For a family of 5, the suite worked great for 3 young adults and we took a standard next door. Plenty of room, Only negative is that concierge did not know area well?

With so many guests in and out of the hotel, its hard to make sure each person has a good experience, but every time I've stayed here the staff is both professional and friendly. A warm greeting and great service goes a long way. Thanks to Tayliz and Erika especially!

The hotel is clean, the staff was helpful. There was always a smile welcoming me back. Little things mean a lot. I enjoyed the seventh floor restaurant and even though there was an event going on, the staff made sure I was served and taken care of.

I stayed at Club Quarters opposite 30 Rock in March, as I was being put up by a major network. I was there for a full week and kept waking up with bites, but had assumed there was a pesky spider or mosquito. I was very wrong... my last night I had to wake up at 5am for my flight,...

Room is small, but you will be here for either business or as a tourist so you won't be staying in the room except to sleep. Toilet takes forever to refill, made service is slow (my room wasn't done when I returned from my business meeting around 3:30 and had to get ready for a banquet that evening). Positives- gym...

I had an 8 am interview with a prospective employer who offered to put me up at the Club Quarters to make my morning go easier. So my review is strictly about a quick stay. Room was small but clean. When I say small, for NYC it was pretty standard. On every floor they offer cold water dispensers with bottles...

It was my 2nd visit in New York and I loved it because of where I stayed. It was a perfect place to stay if you want to see everything worth visiting. The staff was very accommodating and it felt like I was staying at a high scale hotel.

I stayed 19 nights at this Hotel in June/ July. I am not so sure about this place, it's very random, hit or miss. One day there will be someone very helpful at the front desk, the other day there won't be. Elevators are a long wait so you are better off taking the stairs, where you will often find...

Steps from Rockefeller Center, close to Times Square (but far enough from Times Square to avoid the unbelievable crowds). Yes, even for NYC, Times Square is CROWDED! Blocks from the Hell's Kitchen restaurant district, Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History (Night at the Museum). One block from the subway! Good value for your dollar! This place has...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
