The hotel charged me, and other guests, hidden fees. I also blame booking.com for this as I specifically choose a hotel deal that included all the fees. Then I had to change rooms during the middle of the night as the bed was so soft and lumpy I was literally rolling from one end to the other. So I complained...

Really ideal location yet quiet. Bed ok and room size acceptable not massive. Fruit at the desk was a nice touch and staff were nice enough. Main criticism is the wifi which at least from our room was woeful. It performed better in the lobby.

Hotel located in the heart of New York City, the Time Square lights illuminate the room, cozy structure and comfortable rooms. Only fault if so you can call the breakfast room not inside the facility but you have to go out and go to the adjacent restaurant

Good location to Times Square. Lacking in everything else: No hot water for bathing; no ice machines for beverages; no mini-fridge; no microwave; no luggage rack; no extra towels (1 per person); no snack or beverage machines; no windows with natural light; no value for the price.

Fantastic price, amazing location, friendly staff. We would book again. Only downside was we booked a king room, when we checked in we were told they had over sold and could only have the queen room (which was a nice room). They gave us drinks vouchers for the bar next door and free breakfast vouchers for the bistro next door...

Stayed on weekend in a suite. Overall very good. Front desk staff very pleasant. A very nice sitting area. Nice tv in bedroom and sitting area. Restaurant associated with hotel next door was good. Had a nice breakfast. A bit odd that there was no refrigerator.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
