Loved this hotel. Great location and atmosphere. Rooms were adorable and spacious. Affordable and had a great small bar area along with a wonderful bartender. She was lovely and everyone was so accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Spent 4 nights while visiting daughter in NYC. Comfy cozy with fluffy white robes, crisp white sheets and a modern inviting bathroom and slate shower. High white ceilings cap the dove grey walls - call for China Town delivery for dinner in bed, life is good. Centrally located for strolling though picturesque boroughs of NYC. Great accommodating staff.

Booked this hotel at the last minute and was delighted with our stay. It was very quaint. Staff was excellent. Room was very clean and unexpectedly quiet for a hotel in the city. Will definitely return and would highly recommend to friends.

Stayed here previously and chose to return as we had such a good time first time round. The location is perfect for us with loads to do in TriBeCa and with Lower Manhattan within easy walking distance. This is a smashing wee independent hotel with four star facilities. The staff really make this hotel, very friendly and helpful. I found...

We stayed 4 days here this month. Overall it was a nice spot. Clean , great location , and getting free vouchers for a gym was nice. A guy named Harrio ( sp? ) worked the front desk and did an awesome job. Very friendly and helped us on a couple occasions. Employees like him are what make stays more...

The convenient location for visiting with family and enjoying the city, brings us to this charming boutique hotel, that I believe was recently remodeled. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room was ready. A request of a 'high floor' was honored and our Superior king room was ready. The room is quite functional, with the king size bed...

Staying at the Duane Street Hotel last week with friends was that good, it compelled me to join TripAdvisor and leave a review! The hotel is centrally located in TrBeCa, 1 block (less than 5 mins walk) from Chambers Street Subway station on the A,C and E lines. It is surrounded by great bars and coffee houses. The rooms are...

I stayed for one night last week. The hotel is one of many similar small boutique hotels in the city although this is part of a small chain I have stayed with previously. They do a decent job albeit in this particular hotel the rooms really are very small. Ideal for one person but two would be tight. Having said...

I stayed here on a trip to visit friends. It was a very convenient location in TriBeCa, near SoHo. Service was very professional as well. Staying in TriBeCa

Neighbourhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
