Great place to see Tribeca from! I would recommend this to others!!! The hotel staff was courteous and very accomodating. Valet parking was great - we pulled right up to the front of the hotel and were able to quickly offload and check in (Bear in mind, this is NYC). The room was just right for our needs - business...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 26 October 2016

we spent one night at the hilton tribeca and were happy with our stay. lovely staff at reception, a large room, and a great location for wandering in the village. my only grouse is that we had a dark room without enough natural light and to make matters worse, when darkness fell the lights in the room were way too...

If you have the chance to select a room, go for x13 thru x29. These face Avenue of the Americas and have the best view. We were in 629 which is an odd shaped room at the south end of the building...slightly larger room with excellent view. As to the ho hum - lobby bathroom was not very clean and...

I have been staying at this hotel for the last three years. Its convenience and proximity to my office were my primary reasons for staying here, but after the staff helped me recover some lost items when I had to leave abruptly, I feel extremely grateful to the excellent staff of this hotel.

This hotel met our needs although the room was small for three of us. I picked it for location and budget and it was good for both reasons. The staff were friendly and accommodating while we and they struggled to deal with Winter Storm Stella. The subway stop a few steps away makes it very convenient and its location on...

While in town for the ACC Tournament, we stayed here in Tribeca between Brooklyn and Uptown. Very close to subway. This is a standard HGI property, but the service was great. The folks on the front desk were extremely friendly and most helpful. From suggestions for restaurants to directions to getting car to the airport, they were on top of...

Friendly staff, great room, steps from Chinatown, Tribeca & the subway. Also excellent locale for drivers- you're at the Holland Tunnel in five minutes flat. Tons to do in walking distance, with some of NYC's best restaurants & bars nearby.

This hotel is in a great location in Tribeca. I had a business meeting and it was blocks away. The room was spacious for New York City and the are was comfortable. I had breakfast in the restaurant and that was good, Also I needed room service. which was impeccable. This part of town is very walkable.

I copped a really good bargain for a two night stay. Rooms were decent sized for New York, very clean, equipped with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. Excellent location, 25 steps or so to multi-line Canal Street station, easy walk to Hudson River Park, Greenwich Village, neighborhood restaurants, shopping. I am a walker, so easily walked to High-Line, City Hall, Brooklyn...

This was my fourth visit to New York, having stayed in the Waldorf Towers, the Millenium Hilton and the Conrad in the past, this was the first time I'd moved "downmarket" slightly, so this was a chance to see what a more ordinary hotel in NYC looked like. So I had to rein in my expectations. Having seen what HGI's...

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighbourhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
