Love this location but the hotel is looking tired needs a facelift. Couch in sitting room needs to be replaced. No housekeeping while out for the day. Came to clean at 4:30 when getting ready for dinner.

This hotel has great services and is in a terrific location. All staff were helpful and attentive. We enjoyed walking in the surrounding neighborhood and found many lovely restaurants and fun shops. I will stay at this hotel anytime I'm in New York City.

This hotel was wonderful! I stayed here because of the close proximity to a business conference I was attending but the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room, lobby, and restaurant were great as well.

Great place to stay to explore Tribeca, Soho area. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, quiet basic room. Good size room for NYC! We stayed here in January and the price was very reasonable. Nothing fancy, just a good hotel for the price.

If you are looking for a hotel which provides the following: - excellent location - excellent staff - excellent rooms - excellent value for your money ....this hotel is for you. Try it and I don't think you'll be disappointed. My first time in NYC so I had plenty of trepidation in making my reservations. As usual, Hilton came through...

Stayed here for one night. Hotel is tight on top of the ACE subway entrance. Right off canal street. Little Italy and Chinatown just a 3 or 4 block walk. Staff at hotel was outstanding. AOA restaurant was great for breakfast in the morning. Got room with a view of canal street. Room was clean and comfortable.

Chose this hotel based on the location. It's just above the Canal Street metro station. Altough Canal Street might not sound appealing, but the location is really good and you can walk to many places in Downtown. Just go to the opposite way towards Tribeca, Soho, Little Italy, Brooklyn Bridge etc. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The...

Far and away the best Concierge/ Front of House experience I have had. If Mark is on, your experience will be extraordinarily good. After a embarrassing and disappointing experience in the bar & grill I was prepared for a mediocre stay but everything else was smooth sailing and frankly with Mark at the helm it is clearly one of the...

The location was great because it was walking distance from our office in Soho. The rooms are big and clean. I had an issue with the heater that was making a crazy noise and my room key that kept not functioning. Overall the value for the price was a great deal.

Good location, close to everything. The quality for the price was exceptional. Would definitely stay again. Would refer this hotel to families and friends and let them know this is the blest place they can stay if they need something for convenience

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighbourhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
