Reception is lovely and modern, staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. That's about as good as it gets. I did not enjoy my stay here. The fridge was broken so you couldn't store any food. The room I had looked nothing like any of the pictures displayed on their website. It was extremely small and the bunk-bed...

Booked to stay here for 4 nights with 3 friends (all mid twenties)from 7th-11th October, we paid £92 each for 4 nights, amazing value for New York. We knew already we had our own room and as we stepped in to the main hotel reception were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, didn't appear as a hostel and very...

On first look it was ok, nice for a hostel. We had a private room with shared bathroom and the bathrooms are very clean. I wouldn't pay more for a private bathroom - not worth it. Unless that private bathroom provided hot water!! We were there for 3 nights before checking out for something nicer. No hot water on any...

Location is good as very close to subway station. Area is calm and secure. We had a room with a double bed and shared bathroom. I found the decoration quite old and dark. Air con is too noisy. I wold go back if this was less expensive. It was too expensive for what we had... We are used to hostels...

Rooms are on the small side and tired, could be warmer but weather outside is was very cold. Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, location is good with nearest subway 10 mins walk away. Would recommend for cheap and cheerful.

We stayed here over a long weekend. The Hotel/Hostel is based on the Upper West Side of Manhatten, and as the name suggests on Broadway. The hotel is based a 2 min walk from Central Park, 20 min walk from the American Natural History Museum, and 15 min subway ride from Times Square. When we arrived we had a quick...

Staff for polite and helpful, room was a bit dark but had aircon - which is a must during a visit in the summer. Had a twin room and shared bathroom outside in the corridor, both clean-ish. Great location near metro stops: Express - skips a few stations and is quicker (96 st - line 2 & 3) Local -...

It's simple : too expensive for what you get. We paid more than 150$/night to get a tiny ugly room for 2 people. The pros : free wifi, on Manhattan, nice common area near the lobby. 5min walk from the next underground station. Negatives : no free parking, no breakfast, tiny and dirty room and bed (I found hairs everywhere...),...
