I stayed at the Knickerbocker for the first time last weekend. It was wonderful...the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the amenities were great. There is a beautiful roof top deck that we were able to have cocktails on in January! The location was terrific, close to all the Broadway shows. Ended our stay by having a yummy breakfast in the restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Recently, my husband and I spent a long weekend in NYC. We had the VERY good fortune to stay at the Knickerbocker. It is now the only place I want to stay in Manhattan. The hotel is elegant and understated. The staff clearly understands how to make clients feel that they are the most important part of their business. A special mention to Lucy, who remembered talking with me prior to our arrival and to Joseph who was so friendly and attentive. Just two members of the staff that made me feel more than special.
Interested in a great hotel to stay in NYC especially if you’re attending a Broadway play, try the Hotel Knickerbocker….location location!! The hotel has been completely updated…beautiful rooms with lovely amenities…Parisian soaps and lotions!!! The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooftop deck where we enjoyed cocktails and a terrific breakfast in the dining room. Highly recommend this property!
From the moment we checked in until we checked out, we were helped by an incredibly professional staff who continually assured us that all we had to do was ask if we needed anything. Our room and the hotel facilities were extraordinary so we never had to ask for anything. The hotel’s proximity to Broadway and great restaurants made this one of my wife’s best birthday presents.
First time at The Knickerbocker and it did not disappoint! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and nice towels and toiletries. Roof Bar was fun( great views!) and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!
We went to New York in mid-January and stayed at the Knickerbocker. It was our first time to stay there. We had an early morning flight, and I had contacted the hotel before traveling to see if we could arrange an early check-in. They said to call them on the way from the airport, and they would see what they could do. They were great about it, even had a room with a tub, which I had also requested. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. We had a view of another building, which was fine. We ate once at the hotel for breakfast, and it was very good. There was bottled water every day. The room had umbrellas, which came in handy one evening. There were also robes and slippers. We asked for and received extra towels. I would recommend staying there. …
Luxury accommodations and convenient location to broadway theaters and restaurants. Very Comfortable bed and and the room had black out shade option. We enjoyed a nightcap on the St. Cloud rooftop bar, Overlooking time square. Despite a cool January evening we were very comfortable with the outdoor heaters. A wonderful weekend getaway to NYC!
We have stayed at the Knickerbocker several times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and very attentive - always happy to help with any request. We always enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar. The location is perfect - close to fabulous restaurants, theaters, Bryant Park, shops. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean, quiet halls. We won’t stay anywhere else when we visit NYC!
The location was excellent as it was at the heart of Tines Square. The room was clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent. We requested for a kettle in the trim and they were happy to provide one. Would highly recommend this hotel
The Knickerbocker is amazing. It is great value, service and location for the money in Times Square. Everything is modern except the slow elevators, but the staff is great, the rooms comfortable and updated and the Internet wireless free and fast. Highly recommended and a better value than the chain based hotels.
