I cannot say enough great things about this place. The entire staff is incredible. The General Manager, Morgan, personally greeted us and gave us a rundown of the hotel, and every other staff member we saw during our stay was as helpful and friendly. The location is perfection if you are attending the festival. The rooms are spotless, no carpeting at all which is a huge plus for us and our horrible allergy’s, but also in terms of cleanliness. Rooms are perfect for a small stay. Water pressure is strong another big plus. Everything is modern and new, nothing dated here. The hotel has a rooftop area where you can bring a bottle of wine and relax with takeout from any of the incredible restaurants that are in walking distance. This hotel is a must if you are a foodie as you can get to all of little Italy and Chinatown in minutes on foot. Added bonus, tons of great salons in Chinatown for wash and blowouts and mani’s and Pedi’s. And all kinds of shops with Korean Skincare. Lastly, we all know how tough it can be to get a cab in that area, NobleDen has shuttle service to airport and Port Authority. …
I've stayed at many hotels in my lifetime due to my former life as a consultant. My family is also full of avid travelers with strictest preference for nicest hotels. When COVID happened, all our international travel plans went out the window, and we decided on a staycation at NobleDEN. Now I can say, wIthout a doubt, NobleDEN has the safest and nicest accommodations in all of NYC and has taken SO MANY precautions compared to other 5-star hotels in the city (which we also tried). There are sanitation stations everywhere including for your shoes, the staff is extremely nice. When you walk-in, you get the sense that the staff and the manager "get it" in terms of the seriousness of pandemic and has your safety in mind, vs other places where they may be doing the bare minimum to meet some government standard. In terms of the rooms, they are pristine. The roof-deck has amazing NYC views and they don't charge you to use it. Location is great, right around Lower East Side, Little Italy and Chinatown - it is perfect for a foodie family like us. As such, we are going again, and am grateful for the staff that wants to keep us safe and well-accommodated. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT. In my mind, NobleDEN is a clear winner, should be a 5-star, and labeled the best in the city.…
Great hotel with beautiful and by New York standards very large rooms, friendly staff & manager, great rooftop with stunning views. Sleep quality is top as the windows seal very well. The rooms are cleaned every other day - which is good, because every day is not necessary. Many Italian restaurants in the area. And also the subway is in walking distance - Grand Street station (orange) and Canal Street (yellow). We will come again and can absolutely recommend the hotel.
Excelent hotel. Excelent localization near to all hot spots in soho. Really close to subway. Excelent staff. The manager was really friendly. The rooms are very new and comfortable. The AC is individually, so your room is always with fresh air
I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and I was so impressed. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and up to date. The scenery on the roof top is breath taking at night. Staff was super kind, helpful and friendly. I will definitely be bck.
Exceptional Hotel with an Exceptional Team looking after you. Fantastic location, great facilities including a rooftop lounge with a great view of Manhattan. The rooms are extremely modern and immaculately clean… Absolutely made our trip to New York…will definitely return. Free coffee all day and and fruit and croissants at breakfast each morning…great touch.
Spent one night at NobleDen and wish we would have booked more nights there. We were in room 701 and it is wonderful. Private balcony/deck with great views. Very comfortable bed in a spacious room. Modern amenities and a great shower with both rainhead and handheld showers. Staff is very nice and anxious to be of assistance. Room was spotlessly clean. Very highly recommend!
Booked very last minute due to a flight cancellation. Good sized room, with lots of useful toiletries and a little balcony. Lovely roof terrace where you can sit. Tea & Coffee 24 hours as well as a pastry in the morning. Friendly service. Would stay here again
Very basic facilities however in a great location. Check is 3pm and check out is 11am so you are paying a rate for 20h. No gym no kettle with tea or coffee in the room no fridge in the room. Tiny reception. They hold 200GBP in case you break something. Might be a US practice as I rarely see it anywhere. Receptionist at check in disnt offer any information or map so I had to pro actively ask. Soundproofing not great as I heard neighbours as well as exterior fans. Room is clean and comfortable.
I have to say when this was booked for me I was a little sceptical, purely as I don't know this area at all. However, I needn't have worried, its a great little place away from the tourists and really accessible via the subway (which after 20 years I finally braved on my own). The hotel itself is rather inconspicuous with a very small lobby. Staff were exceptionally friendly throughout the stay. I had a king room on the 2nd floor, amazingly spacious, with a balcony although too cold to open door, and an odd bathroom setup that weirdly worked brilliantly. I had lots of room to move, a great desk and WiFi to do work and a great nights sleep. My only quibble would be that whilst the rooms are fairly soundproof, the doors are not so you hear EVERYTHING in the corridors and unfortunately not everyone is considerate of that fact... but hey ho its New York. Rooms were serviced every other day which was fine, the room was spotlessly clean throughout my stay. What I loved was the small kitchen area at the back of the lobby where you can grab a hot drink at any time of the day. My body clock was all over the place so I could grab a tea whenever I felt the need. Location is generally very quiet (it picked up towards the end of the week) and lots of options for great Chinese and Italian food. I would definitely recommend this and will stay again.…
