Very convenient to New York Hospital. Quiet and clean. Everything worked. Good TV. Very polite and accommodating staff. Absolutely no security. Anyone off the street can walk in and get in the elevator and go upstairs.

Excellent as usual; great help for cancer patients getting treatment. The service reduces the stress the patient is already experiencing. Actually, helps the healing process for those traveling from afar.

Good location for hospitals on Upper East Side. Clean, comfortable and spacious suites with kitchens. Not much temperature control possible in rooms - we were way too hot on a winter's night that was so cold it wasn't really an option to turn off the heat or crack a window.

My daughter and I stayed here while my husband was at MSKCC for surgery and recovery. The staff was more than accommodating. The facility was so close and comfortable. There was peace in knowing the people there (staff, residents, and other guests) were there for similar, challenging situations. We stayed in a studio with a king bed, small table, full kitchen,...

Located right next to the NY Preys Hospital and a block from the Campus to Campus bus stop. So super convenient for patients and families. Very friendly/ helpful staff. Even carried our bags down the block to the bus after my operation.

The room was normal, not any special. The location is very good, because the guest facility is Located in Manhattan, near the Cornell Hospital. The room has a little kitchen and the appearence of the room is very simple.

Being a cancer patient and having to have family in the area during surgery, the location, price and availability of your Hotel is a life saver. The garage, although a bit expensive, is also a plus since a stay in the hospital dictates that your vehicle be parked/stored for a number of consecutive days.

This facility is much like an mini apartment, with a deli next door and other food options only a block or 2 away. The room is clean... remember you are there to be relaxed and focused on medical care. This is our second time there... it makes all the difference, and the staff is 100% caring and supportive. You are...

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighbourhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
