- location is the key for that hotel - The restaurant serves late and food is really good and not that expensive which is great after a long day walking. Cocktails are really good too. Room is quite dark, but it is the "deco style" wanted by the hotel. Paying for wifi is a real shame I think, not to...

Booked the hotel last week for my gf birthday and wanted to have a comfortable trip in the city. I put the birthday cake in the mini fridge and took all beverages on top of the fridge temporarily. When the time checking out, they charged me all the beverages without checking the room where I already put all the beverages...

The Night Hotel is perfect! As everyone has stated it's right in time square - location location location! The rooms are small but most are in nyc. The staff was supper nice all the time! Our maid even sang while she cleaned and always smiled! Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced! There is a cheap but great Gourmet deli and salad bar...

I have stayed at both Night Hotels. The one in Times square is really bad. I felt like I was sleeping in a crypt. This Night Hotel is a bit better, at least the walls were not painted black like the other one. However, the elevators kept breaking down, delaying everyone from getting out of the hotel. It was horrible....

This is a nice Boutique hotel close to time square. Décor inside is hip. Plenty restaurants and bars close by. Alex Guarnaschelli's Butter restaurant is close by, fantastic food. Cranberry deli across the street is well stocked. Hotel is clean, room was clean, bathroom was clean also. Stayed four days. Close to subway, rock center and grand central. Simon at...

This was my first trip to NYC in September. I chose this hotel based on price, location and the photos I saw online. And I wasn't disappointed. The lobby of the hotel was dark and mysterious atmosphere with a nice scent. It always smelt good in there! I stayed with a girlfriend and the location was great for walking, shopping,...

This hotel is perfect for exploring New York and was at a really good price. Although the rooms are on the small side (especially wardrobe space) nicely decorated. We also had a high floor off road so the room was really quiet that was a bonus. We did have an issue with lighting in the bathroom that couldn’t be fixed...

Best thing about Night Hotel, which I booked May 20-21, is the location—close enough to Times Square and its many attractions, but not too close so you don't feel overwhelmed when you walk out the door. Another plus is the service: very friendly, attentive staff, one of whom provided me with a code/password for free lobby WiFi, which also worked...

Rated as the "sexiest hotel in America"....must be because you will have no choice but to snuggle. The rooms are so small you have to go outside to change your mind! The upside, and the reason to stay there, is the location. Right in Times Square, it makes it easy to catch a show, get dinner at a nice restaurant...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

“Very small room, only one robe. Safe in closet without light which makes access difficult. Great air conditioning during extreme heat wave. Excellent location. Unique decor which is why I was drawn to hotel. We sponsor a student from Kenya and I knew the decor would be appealing to her. Staff friendly and helpful (except not so much the clerk on duty at our arrival) Did not use the restaurant/bar because the pub across the street had a good and economical breakfast.”
