I needed a well priced, downtown hotel near my friend’s apartment in Hudson Square and this was perfect. Close to multiple subway lines and the water which was a nice place to walk. It’s a very calm area in an otherwise wonderfully busy city. The room was perfect - the storage and space was so well thought out and there was a purpose for every single thing. I’ve stayed in similar hotels in London and Paris recently and the Arlo really did it the best. Will be staying here in the future, I am so glad to finally find a hotel that just gets it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arlo Soho from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. Truly attentive and friendly staff that are there to help. I can honestly say the room was a little too small for the price, we made it work anyway. Gary was a big help! He was giving us places to go in the areas, such as: Food & nightlife ! He was honestly great talking too, and kept us laughing

I had such an amazing experience at the Arlo, and it was all due to the front desk receptionist I believe her name was Lay. Me and a co-worker stayed here for a quick work trip and we were not only greeted but treated like royalty. Lay helped us out and was readily available when we needed her assistance.

LAY! Thank you for going up and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I needed help last minute working on a project, and Les made sure the resources I needed were readily available. She went up and beyond and even checked in on me the next day to make sure I was good. I will definitely be back. She definitely was the cherry on top for a fantastic stay.

Robert was an exceptional lobby host. He calmly helped me sort through booking adjustment issues and helped me land the best available rate when most folks would shrug and say “call your travel agent”. I will definitely stay again and that is because of Robert’s exceptional service.

We had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary! We are local NYers and did a "staycation" at Arlo Soho for a night. It was everything we hoped for--big comfortable bed, fabulous location, lovely amenities like a lounge area, great restaurant, rooftop, coffee/snacks, gym passes, work area. The BEST part is the staff!!!! They were gracious and welcoming from the minute we arrived--once they found out we were celebrating they upgraded our room and then took it to the next level and gave us breakfast passes--both were appreciated so much. Robert thank you for your warm welcome at check-in and your true generosity, Danny and Edwyn you guys are the epitome of hospitality (and humor!), Isiah and Jose you treated us so well at Linden's from the moment we walked in until our delicious food was ready. When on a little vacation for 8 nights this summer with my spouse. I really loved Arlo SoHo Hotel and would love to stay here again in the future. The place is modern, luxurious, well kept and clean and so are the rooms. There is a nice roof top with great views! The bathroom provided all the amenities that I needed, so overall a great place.
