I was kindly upgraded from a Standard Double to a Queen Double once I checked in (thank you Bobby!) which I appreciated! Sadly the restaurant was being refurbished so breakfast was unavailable. I hope that was reflected in the price! The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when advising how to hail a taxi in -15 Celcius temperatures!...

I would stay again. I was very happy with your housekeeping staff taking good care of my personal items. I accidentally drop my necklace in my room and it was found and put on my bed so I would not miss it.

Can't beat this theatre district location. Well kept, comfortable, updated.....and outstanding Customer Service! Bobby at the front desk was extremely friendly, courteous (tough to find in NYC) and willing to answer any question......a Five Star guy if I've ever met one!!!

Like a few people have said before, if you want a hotel to literally dump your bags, get washed and go striaght back out, then this is fine for you. However, if you averse to being in a shower that cannot regulate its own temperature no matter what combinations of twists of the hot and cold taps you give it,...

Rooms very worn and hot. Peeling plaster, peeling wallpaper stained and burnt carpet. I was actually going to leave and find another hotel after I saw the room... scary!! They probably would have found me dead in the room if my wife had seen it. I was given an upgrade but it was average at best. The location was Great....

Bobby at the front desk was amazing, I had a reservation through a third party and the third party made an error with the reservation which caused my information not to show up in the Amsterdam system and I had to wait 2 hours for the reservation to appear in the system, Bobby made his rounds of calls and did...

I was traveling to the city for my very first solo trip and stayed at the Amsterdam Court Hotel and it was great. The room, lobby, bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was always coffee and tea waiting to warm you up after a cold February day of walking around the city. The location is great....

Helpful, friendly staff. Was upgraded to Queen room. Very quiet for mid-town Manhattan! Nice comfortable room, just a little bit warm the first day, but I turned the radiator off, plus there is an air conditioner if you need to cool off or use the fan. Great central location and great rates! Thank you Bobby!

My partner and I booked a package with lastminute.com stay at the Amsterdam Court for 5 nights. Upon arrival they said we were early for checking but they could take our cases which was nice. Then they says our room was ready so we could check in early! Bonus! We were assigned room 609, we paid extra for a deluxe...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
