The hotel itself is ok, it has a good location and nice interior. However, the staff has been extremely rude!!! I surely can't this hotel. Stay somewhere else , there are hundreds of great other choices.

There were lots of children staying there when we did so I would assume it’s kid friendly

I've stayed in all the various suites the hotel offers. They are all spacious, but avoid the ones with the single beds as they tend to be squeezed into smaller spaces in the hotel.

I'm not too sure what it was my husband sorted that out but I've just looked on the inhotel website and for the excelsior it states $3:50 per night per person and $5:50 per night per person for a superior room Hope this... More
