Very nice stay at the Hilton Manhattan East. Rooms a little small, but that is the city and most rooms are. Hotel was hospitable and comfortable. Easy to get around the city. Breakfast was great. Follow up by the Operations Manager, Robert Ibanez was a plus. Hilton's never cease to amaze me.

Stayed for a business trip. Location is great, right in the theater district. The room was ok, clean and basic. However the tv did not work. I called around nine thirty for assistance and when nobody showed by ten thirty i put the do not disturb sign out and read a book. In the morning i complained and the desk...

Dear Trish M, I was very disheartened to read about your poor experience at our property. Our service if you read our previous reviews has been raved about with an excellent rating all around. Our associates are trained to not disturb rooms with a DND sign on them which may have led to the confusion. However our follow-up should have...

Hotel was very accessible to Times Square and Rockefeller Center areas as it sits almost due East mid-way between them. About a 15-20 Minute walk puts you there. Good value for a New York City stay. Other areas would cost you at least $100-$200 more. This is a relatively small Hotel which is an older renovated building, but the rooms...

The Hilton Manhattan East is very close to the UN. The property is lovely, the employees super friendly. Easy walk to several restaurants. A bit out of the main tourist traffic but if you are up for a walk, subway or taxi it is very easy. 15 minute walk to Time Square.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
