Great Location Friendly Staff rooms were a bit small. Very good pricing for the area convenient to trains. Make sue that you have cash to tip the door men or you will feel their coolness. But one bad apple shouldn't scare you away.

My first hotel in NYC with a balcony complete with patio furniture. I'm sure it would've been great if it wasn't a rainy day in December. Nice location, a short walk from Grand Central and a few restaurants near by, yet surprisingly quiet.

Good restaurants nearby. Far enough removed from the noise of Time Square but close enough for a quick walk. Everything was fine during my stay. I spent very little time at the hotel over the weekend, but it was a perfect pied-à-terre to catch a few hours' rest.

A tucked away gem. Wonderfully managed with an attentive staff. There is good energy throughout the hotel. It's an excellent value for NYC. Close to the UN and Grand Central along with a nice high-end wine shop, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location for happy days in New York. A lot of diners restaurants for breakfast in the area. Good room cleaning, both kiosk Food and restaurant Food in the hotel. Use airport bus (Go) when arrive and departure, not pirate taxi or Yellow cab. Bus is cheap, 20 USD pr passenger each way.

As most reasonable business hotel rooms in Manhattan are super tiny, it is nice when you find a decent sized room in the retrofitted buildings. Specifically room 1519 in this Hilton is what you want to ask for. Corner room and actually has a little balcony that looks out toward the East River - water view even! (Go find the...

I've stayed here a lot in past 2 years. It's secluded from hustle and bustle but close to tunnel and walking distance to Grand Central etc. It's a legacy 20s era hotel so rooms are small and have a legacy feel. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
