Some travelers have complained that the hotel is old. Yes, one can see the age, but you can also see the class it still has and experience the friendliness and helpfulness of the whole staff. I want to especially thank the housekeepers and the front...More
This beautiful hotel is in a fantastic location. The outstanding staff were friendly and very accommodating. Amenities were good and the room was clean and as advertised. We were able to avail of a midweek deal.
Our room was huge, quiet, and clean. The hotel was a couple of blocks from Columbus Circle and Central Park and within walking distance of the theatre district. There were nearby restaurants and pubs. Great place to stay!
As long as you can put up with mice in your room rummaging through the rubbish bin and running down the corridors then the location is great. The staff were also very pleasant. Personally I would never go back.
The service was perfect, nothing I could think of to make it better. All the cosmetics in the bathroom was high quality. The pool is available on the last floor. Wifi connection worked fast. The location is great!

Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
