I read the reviews and decided on this hotel for location and price. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Nothing special so if you aren't looking for the extras, this hotel is great value! No free wifi though.
Excellrnt location. just a short walk from Times square and Central Park behind the hotel. Friendly helpful staff and large clean rooms with all the amenities you need.
Try the restaurant Applejacks on 55th street and Broadway just a few minutes walk!
The people working at the hotel were great. It's just that the rooms seem old, and seem to have an oldish odor.
The room I stayed in was very outdated. The quality of the room reminded me of a motel off of the side of...More
My daughter and I went for 5 days. We had 2 beds, which I found were comfortable. The location was okay, but a lot of construction is going on around the hotel. The room was way too hot even for December. We had the fan...More
Room and bathroom were clean. Location is excellent. Room was good size and had two double beds. Beds were comfortable though a little hard. Room had a microwave and undercounter fridge. The room faced 57th St. and consequently there was a lot of street noise,...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Hi - I don't remember specifically; however, I do know it was a charge we did not feel was justified and therefore, we did not use our wifi at the hotel. It was in teh $20-$25 range and it was a PER DEVICE charge, not per room. We went to a Starbucks close by when we needed it. We have 4 children, 2 of whom are teenagers and they LOVE their wifi, however, they did not complain about this once, probably because we were out so much. If I were traveling for business and had work to do, this might be a concern for me. For us, it wasn't an issue. Hope that helps.
