Recently spent 4 nights at The Tuscany. It was a very positive experience: room was large with comfy King size bed, spotlessly clean and newly upgrade interior. All the staff was friendly and efficient, starting with check-in . Concierge Jennifer was outstanding and so helpful and managers Robert and chase were always around seeing that everything worked smoothly. Would definitely...

Just had 4 nights here and was very happy with the size, comfort and cleanliness of the room. Excellent walk-in shower and great service from reception and door staff, particularly Orlando on the door. The only thing that we were disappointed with, was that I booked the hotel almost a year in advance and requested a high floor, as we...

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was very spacious and elegantly decorated with beautiful wood and carpet and wood panelling. The bathroom was really modern with expensive tiles on the floor and walls, a deep bath, and elegant fixtures. The bathroom was so nice that that I wanted to spend more time in...

Two gal pals bused in from DC and Boston to see "Hamilton." We wanted a nice, but affordable, hotel out of the bustle of Times Square, but close enough to walk to the Richard Rodgers Theater. Booked thus through Hotwire and it was perfect for us. We had a nice - sized room and enjoyed a great burger lunch next...

Stayed here for 5 nights in April. Brilliant location just around the corner from Grand Central Terminal. Room was clean enough but not to the standard I'd have hoped but it wasn't a huge deal. Massive bedroom with 2 chairs, table, kingsize bed, desk and a dressing table in the hall next to a walk in wardrobe. Bathroom small but...

I recently stayed for the tenth time at the court and tuscany. This time I got to stay one night in the penthouse suite at the tuscany; and what a fantastic time I had!!!! The penthouse is easily 1300 sq.ft and has a wrap around terrace that goes all around the suite. The view from the 17th floor in this...

We didn't stay in the hotel much but the room was huge and comfortable. When we checked in and asked for a room not next to the elevator we were accommodated. The only change that would be nice is if the free coffee in the morning was downstairs in the lobby, and not a few doors down at the sister...

Everything about the room was great. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the room was very comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful, and the fitness centre is very well equipped. Although there's no one thing I can point to that made the hotel truly exceptional, I can't fault anything meaningful about our stay.

The staff at the Tuscany are really friendly and the concierge, Jennifer, was helpful with restaurants in the area. We originally booked the sister hotel, The Court, two doors down, where we have stayed before, in a suite with a view of both the Empire State building and the Chrysler Building, my two faves. We were upgraded to a corner...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
