Good location, can walk to most places. Don't get room on top floor, too noisy. Complimentary breakfast not too bad, get there early a bit of a scramble. Fitness centre needs to be upgraded. Clean rooms, bathroom a bit small, bedroom nice size. Staff helpful.

This has to be my very favourite hotel. It is in an ideal location - close to Times Square and the theatres but within walking distance of the Museums and Central Park. The GrayLine Depot is just a few blocks down the street and so, picking up a tour bus (Hop-On, Hop-Off) is so easy. The hotel is spotlessly clean....

I was very pleased with the helpfulness of the staff. The housekeepers were very pleasant and efficient reponding to ours needs promptly. The breakfast was very good and much more food than I expected. Coffee was available 24/7 and very good. They even had my favorite Hazelnut coffee creamer which was a pleasant surprise. Computers and printer available to print...

Had a great weekend in NYC and the location of this hotel was perfect! We could walk to Times Square, about 4 blks away, and Central Park, about 8 blks away. Great restaurants and Irish Pubs within a block! Very spacious, clean rooms, with king beds which a plus for NYC! Hard to find. Would definitely stay there again if...

Can't complain about the cleanliness and service of staff. The beds were comfortable, but not superior. Be sure to get to "free" breakfast area by 7:30 a.m. to be sure you get breakfast. Couldn't help notice when arriving at 7:30 that there was an abundance of food, whereas when 8 a.m. was approaching, people started swarming in! Parking garage is...

We stayed at the Hampton Inn North on a girl's weekend for my 40th Birthday. The rooms were clean, we had queen sized beds, a nice selection for the complimentary breakfast, and friendly staff. We were close to the theater, Times Square, shopping, the subway, restaurants, and Central Park.

Hotel is sort of dated. I used about 80,000 points to stay but wish I had just looked for deals and picked a more unique hotel. Rooms had updates but the exterior is lacking in style. Breakfast on the weekends get packed, so plan accordingly.

I went to NYC for a weekend to see as may museums as possible. This hotel is walking distance to MoMa and Times Square. Sandra was able to answer all my questions on how to get from A to B, she also provided me with a sewing kit, toothbrush and map. Loved the big bowl of apples at front desk...

Stayed three nights over the weekend. Staff was professional, room was clean and neat. Complimentary breakfast was a nice feature, fast and convenient. Only issue was that several television channels had no signal but were listed as available, but we didn't go to NYC to watch TV.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
