Really good location especially having the metro right next door. Hotel itself is a bit tired and could do with a paint job. Our room was a nice size, big telly and comfy bed. Couldn't use the bath as the enamel had come off, the bottom of doors looked like there had been a flood at some point and were...

We just by chance got a handicap room which was very well appointed and large. Back of the hotel on 4th floor. However, the lighting in the bathroom was lacking as well as not enough space--shelves, etc.--to lay out your things in there. Great little coffee shop right next door.

Stayed for one night in November. Other than a comfortable bed the room was old and unremarkable. Bathroom was clean but could use updating. Desk staff were rushed and barely courteous. Tried to check in early and they told me that I would be called when my room was ready. Never received that call! Good side was the hotel was...

After visiting New York numerous times this was the 1st time we have chosen to stay in a Hilton, by far the worst hotel we have stayed in whilst visiting New York. On arrival we joined a very long queue to check in, reaching the front eventually we were informed our room wasn't ready . We were told they would...

Checked in for one night for business travel. I knew December was expensive but at $700usd for one night I wasn't expecting a request for $1 to leave my bag, and $1 to retrieve it because my room wasn't ready. While I like Hilton generally for business travel, I won't be staying here again. And that's only one reason. Unfortunate...

This hotel stay started with a poor check in experience. The only room with 2 beds that I could book through my corporate booking tool was an accessible room. When I tried to check in before 3 PM I was told my room was not ready but they had one room on the 5th floor and that if I returned...

This hotel has been recently updated and is very nice. Since we were a group, I saw many rooms. The rooms are smaller if the number is 20+, but bigger if 20 or below. Even the smaller though is what I would call typical NYC size and found it fine. The renovation looks like it was cut a little short...

Long lines to check in and out, even if u have premium status. Room's air didnt work so opened window which let in street noise. Curtains didn't close so couldn't get a great sleep. Quality of room was poor. Seriously worse value and experience in a Hilton property in 35 years of Hiltons.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
