    Overall, great accomodations...only problem was that the noise from the elevators going up and down was constant....i figured since i was farther down the hall in room 527 i would not be bothered by elevator noise, but that was not the caseMore

    There's no free wi-fi, which we thought was weird, and very inconvenient. But the staff was really wonderful (and really nice to our children), our room was quiet and clean, and the cookies were much appreciated after a long trip. It's a nice hotel! OH...More

    The in house restaurant is a grade "B" by NY health Department...Breakfast there three days in a row...Not really even average. Standard room very small...heating and lighting in meeting rooms not great....rating an average is generous at best for this propertyMore

    We stayed here for an educational seminar. Front desk was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Loved the mirror in the bathroom. Location was close to subway and all midtown sites. The only problem was the bed. Terribly uncomfortable and small for 2 people.More

    Valet parking is available but I did not use the service. You should plan on at least $60/day for valet parking in the city.

    I paid in advance when I booked through Expedia. All that was required at check in was a look at my ID and a credit card to charge any incidentals to. Hope this helps.
