very conveniently located, close to main areas of interest such as Tribeca, SOHO, meat packing district and of course financial district. Rooms are spacious, Lobby is nice, breakfast could be better. The staff at the lobby was very helpful

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The entire area has been revived since the 9/11 tragedy. It is wonderful to walk or bike by the river and visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island by sailboat. Governor's Island is also just a ferry ride away. Tribecca is a cab ride away with fabulous restaurants. We even saw... More

Stayed here week before the 4th of july with younger children and found it to be a solid location for the entire family weekend. Reasonably priced for the location including a nicely done buffet each morning for all of us. Room was a bit crammed as we needed two beds with yournger children, but the view of the statue of... chose this hotel as I got a goodrate on the marriott website, meaning I didn't have to pay until I stayed rather than the advance purchases. Was disappointed to be charged for the roll away bed at $30 per night because whilst we had a 2 double beds they were only just doubles and my son and daughter thought that... More

I enjoy staying at this property because it is not in the middle of Manhattan's hustle-bustle, and it is convenient to my office in the Financial District. I always find the staff to be very nice, and the rooms clean and comfortable. I normally would give this hotel top marks - but my last stay of 12 consecutive nights was... More

I seldom give and "excellent" on Trip Advisor, and I at first was giving the hotel a "very good" rating, until I was thinking about what to write and couldn't come up with anything that wasn't "excellent." The staff was excellent, the room was above average (I got upgraded to a view of the Statue of Liberty.) Above average food... More

I really enjoyed my overnight stay at this hotel. I am platinum and was given a beautiful upgrade with a view of the river. At the lounge, there was a very good dinner and breakfast offering so that I had no need to buy either meal. From the Lounge, you look out over the river and can see the Statue... More

My daughter and I stayed here for her 26th birthday celebration. We arrived very early and they found us a room right away. This hotel is just a block away from the World Trade Center site and the front desk gave us passes that enabled us to walk right through. Our room was beautiful and had a great view. It... More

First off, let me just say how wonderful the staff/service is at this hotel. We stayed here for about two weeks before starting school and it's safe to say, we'd go back. We paid for a standard room and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of furnishings. Unfortunately, we were not granted free access to internet in our room. However,... More

We stayed at this hotel when we were up for the A10 Basketball Tournament! The location was awesome just a block from the World Trade Center Memorial. You can walk to multiple restaurants and the transit system is just a few blocks away. Would def stay here again when I travel to NYC. Highly recommended!
