My daughter, husband and I stayed at your wonderful hotel four days when we came to watch the HS kids play at Carnegie Hall. It was a special treat for me celebrating a milestone birthday. I had wanted a great city view. Although our original room view was good, my daughter talked with management and we were able to move...

Wonderful hotel. Large room with separate seating area, spotlessly clean, great helpful staff throughout the hotel. What a pleasure to return to this hotel. Good position near Central Park, Lincoln Centre, Times Square. There aren't enough words to praise this hotel.

Park Central exceeded our expectations for a 1920's property in Manhattan. The hotel was fresh and the finishes were new from the lobby to our room and it is evident that a great deal of attention has been paid to detail. The staff was very friendly and genuinely interested in our well-being. Shortly before our stay, the hotel offered and,...

Just spent 4 nights at this hotel while using a Groupon. Fantastic deal. When I checked in they told me they had no more King rooms available, which is what I booked. The lady at check in said she'd upgrade me to a better room, and comp the $31 resort daily fee for internet/gym/etc. Fine by me. I was given...

We stayed at The Park Central for 4 nights. The location is quite good with close accessibility to Times Square, Central park etc. Nice places to hang out too just around the block. The food at the place was delightful. We had a great time.

THis is a nice hotel with a good work out room and reasonably friendly staff. No problems. Well located. Not memorable. Eat breakfast nearby, skip the included grab and go continental breakfast. Room is reasonably sized and reasonably clean. Great for walking to Lincoln Center and Central Park.

Our room looked in to another room so needed to keep the blinds closed.Needed a cork screw to open a bottle of wine and we had to take it downstairs to the bar to get it opened. The beds were super comfortable.

Good location, 2 blocks from Central Park and not far from from Times Square. Only minor thing I would say is the rooms aren't overly spacious (but it is New York) and the elevators are very small, but overall very good comfortable hotel. Check-in and Check-out process easy and fast.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
