We found this hotel to be comfortable, clean, and the hotel staff were friendly. It's central location to Times Square, Central Park, Broadway plays, and subway access made it ideal if you want to be in the middle of all the action. Only negative about our room was scent of mold in bathroom although there were no signs of mold....

This hotel is conveniently located to the subway, the Broadway shows, Time Square, and much more. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable. We had a room on the 40th floor. The view from our window was great. We tried the dining room for dinner, and the food was good, Our waitress was fun...

Went with the kids to NYC and we needed an ideal location as a base. We found it. I have read other reviews saying the hotel is busy and you can hear the street noise etc, but isn't that why you go to New York? We loved it and we will definitely revisit

Room was nice and clean. Front office people were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We were there fore our anniversary. The food manager went out of her way to make our stay memorable. centrally located--near Radio city Hall, NBC Studio, etc.

This was our base for the 5 days we were in New York. The check in was excellent, the room for our family was excellent - nice and spacious on the 43rd floor! The room itself was well equipped - tea/coffee facilities a little 'sparse', but really - when you got coffee shops every 50 yds in any direction, who...

Stayed here with a friend for 3 nights. Great location. Room was very clean and tidy. Staff as always are very professional and helpful. Bit of advice get a phone card from across the road in the deli bar saves you running a bill up on your mobile. Great value hotel would recommend.

Currently staying here. If you want basic accommodation fine but there is zero luxury about this place, they don't even offer wifi in the rooms. The bedroom is not the cleanest place I've ever seen and in fact under the bed is thick with dust. There is a "bath" under the showers which would hold about 5 inch of water...

It's a perfect location of hotel. The rooms are clean but really really small and so is the bathroom ( there is just space for you to turn around) and you can hear all the noises from the busy streets of NY. Also the lamp and clock on my bed table didn't work.

Outstanding place to stay. Great staff and great location. I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone. Rooms were clean and the room service was very prompt and good. It's a little off of time square which makes it easy to walk around and avoid the big crowds. I always enjoy my stay there.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
