We arrived yesterday after having a not so pleasant taxi ride after paying over the odds. Andrew was amazing and made us feel so welcome. We are in a suite which is spacious and on the 20 th floor. This whole hotel has amazing staff. There here to help you . We will definitely stop here again.

Ventured to the big apple to see the Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball and hockey teams play at MSG, plus to celebrate my wife's birthday. We have stayed at this hotel before when it was an Affinia Hotel but it recently changed hands. The service is still very good and the rooms are big, a rare gem in New York City....

The Stewart Hotel, where the AFFINIA used to be, across he street from Penn Station is ideally located and very lovely. Even the restaurant, Niles, is excellent. Also, the staff were very attentive and helpful in all ways. The people at the desk (someone named Jenny especially) and the housekeepers were especially cheery and nice . How often does one...

This hotel was an excellent value and the service is great. The people are very friendly. The room is large by NYC standards. It is clean and maintained. If you need to be by Madison Square Garden, this is a good choice.

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Home to hundreds of art galleries, beautiful brownstones, and one of New York’s newest and most popular attractions, Chelsea is one of the city’s jewels when it comes to neighbourhood life. The contemporary art scene is an integral part of the neighbourhood’s identity, with gallery openings almost every night of the week and countless exhibits to explore. As a longtime hub of gay culture in New York City, it’s also a diverse district with a vibrant nightlife scene. The opening of the High Line, an abandoned elevated train track transformed into a world-class pedestrian park, gave this neighbourhood new life as a tourist destination. The High Line provides visitors with a tranquil, elevated space with incomparable views, providing an unparalleled way to experience the city.
