We just had one night in New York during a few stops of travel for family and business. Having stayed in the Surrey before a while ago, I knew it would be the perfect place to stay. While opted for one of the smaller rooms,...More
We arrived early in the day, having had to take an early morning flight. I had emailed the hotel the day before that we'd be arriving early and said we'd like to drop off our bags so we could head out for our one-day trip...More

Comfortable and spacious suite on the 14th. floor, with everything you might need. Same as most other hotels. Great to have Nespresso available. A lot of the other rooms don’t have coffee available. Mini bar was well stocked, but expensive. Overall, not overly impressed for...More
This delightful hotel is well situated for the quieter, calmer Upper East Side. With Central Park and Museum Mile on the doorstep - it was just perfect for us. A pleasure to return to at the end of a busy day's sightseeing. The staff are...More

Thank you for your kind comments and I look forward to sharing with all of our team members! We are glad you enjoyed your overall experience and we look forward to hosting your next visit to New York City!
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the
neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
