this hotel has 17 floors and is situated off 8th Ave & W48th St. Rooms were comfortable, clean and the staff were excellent. It is a 5-7 mins walk to Times Square & Broadway. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in the Big Apple

This is the 2nd time in 2 years that I have stayed at The Belvedere. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful from the front desk to the lovely lady that cleaned our room. It's in a great location, close to Time Square but not too close...just a few minutes walk away. There is a wonderful inexpensive breakfast and pizza...

Stayed here for 8 nights at the end of April. Only a block and a half to Times Square. An easy 10-15 minute walk to Central Park. Easy access to the subway (which is easy to use). Rooms are an ok size but you dont get enormous rooms in NYC. Very comfortable KS bed, plenty of USB ports for changing...

We have just returned from a week stay at the Belvedere and it was perfect. The rooms are spacious for New York. Rooms are a little dated but very clean. I would defiantly recommend this hotel the only thing I would say is to ask for a room next to the elevator as it can be a little noisy.

We stayed three nights in the Belvedere and our overall experience was very satisfactory. The hotel is in a great location in the center or near everywhere we wanted to go to. Few blocks away is Times Square, around the corner is Broadway, and nearby are numerous restaurants and eating places in Hell's Kitchen. We walked around for most parts...

Perfect location to see sites of NY. Two blocks from Times Square. Loads of restaurants/theatres in easy walking distance. Hotel was very good with quite large rooms for NY and the price we paid. Concierge was extremely helpful and the restaurant had very good buffet breakfasts. Would stay there again.

Great hotel. Very close to plenty of diners and restaurants. Delis for groceries also close by. Only a few blocks to times square. Had a couple of issues that were resolved immediately. Very central to all our plans for a 2 week manhattan visit.

This hotel is nicely decorated, clean, well located and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is an additional elevator down the hall if the main two are busy. The air conditioning works well and the beds are comfortable. There is a Brazilian Restaurant in house and a bar, however you have to go all the way to the corner...

We just spent four nights at this hotel. Great location with comfortable beds. Our room had a large bathroom with big shower and nice decor. We also had a sink, microwave and fridge which added convenience. Service was friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in this part of the city. It was close to Time Square but away from...

We visited NYC and stayed at the Belvedere hotel for 6 nights in Dec 2016 in their Executive Superior Room. We had finalised the hotel after doing an extensive research on the hotels in NYC and it was indeed the best decision we made. The room is fairly spacious compared to the otherwise small standard rooms in most of the...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
