My sisters, my brother and I are just back from a most enjoyable stay at this hotel. Excellent location on Broadway, just along from Times Square and you can see Radio city from the entrance too. Staff were all excellent, courteous and attentive and the rooms were large, clean and well appointed. Ellen's Stardust diner where the waiters and waitresses...

Booked this hotel as a surprise for a 40th Birthday Present and can honestly say no real faults can be given, I chose this hotel based on the room size to be honest, they seemed to be double the size of all other hotels around. As I’m obviously not from New York I knew the area roughly but was surprise...

We just returned from three nights at The Michelangelo. We were a bit disappointed at check-in when they wanted $30 per night for a roll-away, but they ended up moving is to a two bedroom corner room for the extra $30 per night, so we were happy. A very pretty a large room. The bathroom was beautiful. Great location for...

I love this hotel and believe it is the best kept secret in New York. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is impeccable. Also, the location cannot be beat. I have been staying here for years as you will not find a better boutique hotel.

My family of 5 stayed in adjoining rooms and they were large enough to accommodate all of us very comfortably especially given the usual size of a NY hotel room - and everything was so nice and the location could not have been better to the subway, the parade and everything else we wanted to do!

Large rooms, perfect location, subtle elegance. This is where the intellectual elite choose to stay while in the city. Mid-way between Times Square and Central Park and yet so quiet inside you'll sleep like a baby. I'll never stay anywhere else again when I visit NYC.

We loved the stay at the MichaelAngelo. The location was perfect for experiencing all of the touristy locations of Manhattan. The staff was very accommodating and the food was delicious although the Restaurant/Lounge/Bar could have been bigger.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
