Stayed in Westin Grand Central station for one night as part of business trip. Overall, had a good experience and I would give them a strong 4 star rating.

We stayed in room 3207, booked as a flight/hotel package through Travelocity. We could see the Chrysler Building. The room was large and the bathroom spacious. Comfortable king bed and relatively quiet given its location on a busy street. The outdoor bellmen were very friendly...More

Really pleased with the location of this hotel, whilst all that glitters is not gold this is exactly that, nice enough, pleasant rooms but lacked everything you would want from a decent hotel, attention to detail poor, costs through hotel ridiculous, room was never cleaned...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Hello! I booked the room using Hotwire I really don't have anyone specific to contact. I suppose you can call the hotel direct to see if they can give you a good rate. Hotwire offers rooms based on availability. Each time it's different and you don't know what hotel you'll get until you pay. I requested a four star hotel and the Westin was offered. I've used that site many times and have always been satisfied.
