We stayed here for New York Comic Con weekend. At first, the room seemed fine for what we needed. Enough space, GREAT location. However, things took a turn for the worst after we spent the first night of our stay. We returned for our second...More
We stayed for 3 nights, and found the location to be ideal and the price tough to beat. The hotel was sufficiently clean. The pool looked nice, although I didn't see anyone use it. Great food a few blocks away at Gotham Market. Ten minutes...More

My family and I spent about 3 nights here in 1986 or 1987. The room was small but that was to be expected in NYC. The service was good and the room was clean. The area was decent. It is not too far from Times...More
Our room was very quiet, never heard even one fire truck. Room was clean but bathroom floor looked dirty. The bed was old and had a creator in the middle, but because we were exhausted from walking the town all day, we slept very good....More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We don't have any homeless people staying in the hotel. We have two buildings. One of these buildings is housing single women with children while they await there permanent housing apartments provided by the city. These individuals are not homeless, they are simply in transition from one apartment to another. All of our guests are occupying rooms located adjacent to this building. If you are still uncomfortable with this, please feel free to contact property directly or your booking agent to modify your reservation. We will be happy to refund anything you have paid. We hope you will choose to stay with us in the fall.
