This hotel is in a great location and I really have no complaints. I was staying for 4 nights and booked a Queen room. The first room I was given was barely larger than the bed plus the bathroom. Perhaps OK for one night but not 4. I asked promptly for a room with a desk and chair and they...

I want to be fair so I will start by telling everyone I was using LQ points on this stay. Therefore, I did not have to pay a lot of money to stay here (more on that later). However, the points required were earned with many many nights I stayed at LQ hotels and that is just as valuable as...

The room was small, but the location was great for visiting my daughter who just moved to NYC in the Upper West Side. We were able to get up early and walk out the door to a great spot on the corner for the Macy's Day Parade.

We were surprised by how nice this hotel was. We have stayed in quite a few hotels in the city in the last few years and we know that rooms can be small-- We had the corner king room which was pretty large. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The hotel was on a very quite...

Its not a good place to stay, even if you are just coming just for the night. Rooms are too small. I was not comfortable. Plus its expensive. The location is good though. Its close to Central Park and some good restaurants.

If you wanna be on the upper west side, this is a great place to stay. A few yards from central park, a nice street with some cool places within walking distance. The rooms are also clean, with comfy beds and good showers. We had a triple room - a double bed and a single, and it was pretty small....

As much as this hotel is good located, I wouldnt stay there again, not even FOR FREE!. Had to shorten my stay as I couldnt take it for the entire 3 night stay originally reserved. To say that the rooms are small is an understatement ... they are for lilliputiens! Going to the bathroom was an ordeal as the size...

Check in was a breeze, got in early and the room was ready, we got a corner room with a view of Central Park and the city...the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and very big. The front of house staff, Mo and Penny were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. I'm a bit of a germaphobe and...

The room was very neat and clean but extremely small. There was a full dresser in the room which made it even tighter. It was almost too small. However the location is excellent. One block from the 72nd Street station and Central Park. Great place if you just need a place to sleep. Another thing, when I arrived the night...
