This old hotel is under new ownership and is being restored to its former glory. The staff were really friendly and check in was easy. The room was fine and the water hot, The Wifi worked really well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs and burgers, cereal, toast and pastriesand again the staff were really... More

Lobby was like stepping back into 1930, so quaint, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the restaurant & bar on premise...which were both closed for renovation, very disappointing. The Concierge was so sweet & told us a good place to dine 5 minutes away-the flying fisherman, which was great! Our room was in the original part... More

I chose it this because I had been staying in a chain hotel for a week and wanted something different for the night before I flew home. Yes, this hotel is undergoing renovation. The doorways had chipped paint, and the bathroom fixtures need to be updated. However, the room was very clean, the AC worked well, and room was spacious.... More

Room was old and smallish and the whole place seemed it could use a coat of paint. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good, especially since it was complimentary. The ratings say it was a 3 star, but it didn't seem to have the amenities that a true 3 star would have.

Where do I start .... a/c didn't work, room was filthy, internet didn't work, toilet broken - reported to front desk and returned 11 hours later ...... NOTHING CHANGED. Laid on the bed to compose myself before calling desk ..... a roach the size of an elephant ran up my leg ...... Called downstairs for 30 min and realized PHONE... More

I booked this a few hours before arriving, on Hotels.com. The price was right, and it was a very nice comfortable clean room overlooking our car in the parking lot. The air conditioning was nothing but a portable cooling fan, so in this summers heat that wasn't the greatest. We left early the next morning, so we were not able... More

I originally booked 2 rooms then decided 2 days before the trip that we were only going to stay 1 night. My booking source had that changed in 2 clicks, no issues. When we arrived for check-in I was told they did not have 1 room with 2 queen beds as requested. Instead they would provide me with 2 rooms....not... More

Step back in time about 80 years and that describes the Legacy Hotel. It is an older property, but everything works. The lobby is appointed with mid-20th Century furniture. The carpet by the elevator is worn beyond its useful life, but otherwise the carpeting is quite acceptable. Free parking. And this hotel is smack in the middle of the financial... More

Another Priceline booking scam! Where in the world they find the ratings for this type of junk place? I have stayed in many classy historical hotel. Not this one. This place is like a crack house! Every room I had to be moved to (3 in total) had cracks everywhere (in the name of art décor), water leaking from ceilings,... More

Don't do it. For Pete's sake, don't do it. And don't make a reservation and then try to cancel. I cancelled and they charged my credit card anyway. Their reservation system is nonexistent. They don't respond to cancellation requests via their website, going to the letter of instructions. They don't answer emails and they don't answer the phone. Enough said.
