The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Stayed here twice in a week and was disappointed with the room on my second stay. Very dated and no window. The room on the first stay was very nice. The fitness facility has very limited equipment.
The hotel was very nice, clean, plenty of space and they sent an airport shuttle right away when we got in late (10:30). Our only problem was in the morning when we went to get breakfast. This hotel does not include it, so you must pay for a rate that includes it, which we did for 2 adults and 2 children. But at breakfast they said that we could only have free breakfast for 2 people regardless of how many the reservation is for. This information was not included In the rate details, and meant that we had to pay extra (to the tune of $10 each) for all of us to eat! The front desk just said it was “hotel policy” and I could talk to the manager, but she/he was on the phone in the back and continued to take more phone calls even while I was waiting to speak with her/him. Unfortunately the experience soured the rest of our otherwise good stay.…
you can schedule the shuttle to pick you up from the airport ahead of time, call them when you arrive at the airport or walk the 0.5 miles. My room was clean. the king bed was definitely a king bed. I slept well. the pillows were soft. the bathroom was clean. you need to reserve to use the pool but that simply means go to the front desk and ask for a bracelet. there is an indoor pool (which i did not go to) and an outdoor pool (where i just sunbathed for a little). I checked out the pool and the metal pool chairs were lacking cushions and so when i sat down, it was not that comfortable. The pool was cold but clean. There was also a hot tub, which i didn't use but another guest did. the bar server was friendly and allowed me to try the wine before i opted for the cider instead. i had dinner there and it was good. the fajitas came out on a sizzling cast iron. the beef was nicely done. the shrimp wasn't overcooked. they have chouloula packets for hot sauce options. it was mostly empty. there's a small fridge in the room for our leftovers (which we forgot anyways) i was concerned that we were right next to the elevators but i didn't hear anything. housekeeping showed up around 8:30am so make sure to put the do not disturb sign up!…
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I had to move rooms twice upon arrival resulting in an hour of my time being wasted. In the first room, the toilet did not flush abs could not be fixed. The second room smelled of stale smoke. Disgusting. The food at the restaurant is awful. I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was grisly and disgusting. In the third room I was in, there was a light bulb out that was never fixed. The room also had no windows and was noisy. The next day, I was gone to an event all day. When I returned, housekeeping had been there but did not even empty my trash. The hotel is also very outdated.
The room was very nice and the housekeeping people were very helpful to us. My daughter, her young son and I were perfectly satisfied with all the staff we interacted with, especially the gentleman in charge of breakfast, until an unfortunate incident. I had accidently left my Kindle in the room and when I discovered it's loss I contacted the hotel. They found it and I was very happy. We were told that we could arrange pick up from a delivery service. My daughter said we needed the weight and dimensions of the box the hotel was using. We requested this information. A week later we asked again, this time we were told it couldn't be shipped because the hotel had no boxes. Linda, the front desk manager said they would have to get supplies from FedEX and we would have to pay for it. After a more hassles from Linda and more days had passed suddenly they were able to get it ready for pick up by FedEx. I am really disappointed that a simple return to customer dragged on for 2 weeks!…
