A charming little inn on the water between Ventura and Carpenteria. It is isolated, so be ready to drive to restaurants, shopping, and activities, but it’s a lovely way to start and end your day on the coast of CA.
The view was spectacular. Absolutely enjoyed our stay over there. However, the only draw back was the refrigerator didn't work and the toilet paper was only one layer and too thin. Otherwise it would get 5 stars from me.
This hotel is really isolated which is nice if you want solitude, but don't try to get a cup of coffee before 7:30. There is none. The "continental breakfast" opens at 7:30 and there is no place to get a cup of coffee before that. No machine in the room, only a hot water…
