From the moment we walked on to the lovely porch, we felt at home. Jill is very welcoming and friendly. My husband and I decided to take a four day getaway trip. We knew we wanted to stay near the Cumberland Gap as we enjoy hiking and learning about history. After researching possible hotels, I'm so happy we found Cumberland...

Thanks so much for staying and spending and sharing some of your precious moments with me! The weather could have been a bit warmer but the beauty in this area overpower all adversaries!!! .....I think I know which treasure you mean, lol! Everyone else will just have to come by and discover for themselves Hope to see you at one...

The inn is beautifully decorated in fine antiques and linens. The type of drape/lighting is heavy and low. It makes for interesting surroundings and a subdued atmosphere. The breakfast was good and Jill was very knowledgeable on local things to do. If you like that type of décor, this is the inn for you.

My wife and I stayed here on a Saturday night in March. March is not a very busy time for this area. Jill the owner was very nice and accommodating. My wife said the morning coffee was very good and strong. We had an omelette, fruit, toast and chocolate chip banana bread for breakfast. The food was very good. Jill...

My husband and I stayed at the Cumberland Manor for five nights during our Spring Break vacation. Our main goal was to hike in the Cumberland Gap National Historic park, which we did, but Jill helped us find other parks and trails that added so much more to our vacation! The weather was not the best for hiking (snow and...

My son and I came here for a night while traveling to pick up my husband from his "mancation" at Norris. Jill was so awesome, patient, and understanding, in that my son, Anthony has a disability. This was a first for my son and I. We had never stayed at a B & B, so I didn't know what to...

If you are looking for peace and tranquility, and that Old world charm and a touch of history, this is the place. The owners are very wanting and willing to do what they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The home has for lack of a better word a aroma, a nostalgia of how people live at...

Our entire family stayed two nights! The rooms are well appointed, comfortable beds, extremely clean bathrooms, and wonderful food! We were attending a Celebration of Life for my brother, and the large front porch was a wonderful place for us to visit as a family. Cumberland Manor is an old mansion with a lot of charm and character. Jill did a wonderful job decorating it with period furniture and many small details that make it seem like a home rather than a commercial business. We were a party of 6, including a seven year-old and a teenager. We had the entire third floor to ourselves....

This 127 year old Victorian mansion, built for John B. Cary, the secretary-treasurer of this uniquely historic town, has 20 rooms furnished in period antiques and stained glass windows. Overlooking historic downtown Middlesboro, the only city built entirely inside a meteorite crater, has views of three states and the Cumberland Mountains. One mile from Cumberland Gap, TN, you can enjoy wildlife, scenic hikes, State and National Parks, golf, lots of special events, museums and history.
