I stayed in the Oporto Room for 5 nights while in Dayton for work. It was spacious, comfortable, and homey, which was perfect for an extended stay. My rooms and the common areas were clean and tidy throughout the week. The innkeeper was friendly and very accessible as she runs a wine tasting room in the downstairs of the B&B...

We were on the second floor. Spacious room.Easy walking district to everything in historic district.High ceilings and charming. Charming host. There was only one drawback which was the faint dog or cat odor in the room which( due to an impregnated carpet).

Stayed in the stand-alone Champagne Room as a family of 3. We loved the stocked kitchen, which we used to make our own breakfast. Great location for exploring the Oregon District in Dayton (and otherwise). Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the Friuli room. The room itself was large and open, but the bed was small and very hard. A memory foam mattress topper and a washable duvet would have made the bed luxurious. They are using a bed-in-a-bag. Dusty room, old carpet and a rundown couch in the parlor. Faux hardwood floors and a little dining set...

Spent one night at the B&B and on the whole, the place was nice. I want everyone to know that my low grade was based on a single experience and I have not been to this B&B enough times to say how that grade would average over multiple stays. The staff was great, the room was large, and the location...

We are sorry for your experience on St. Patrick's Day. In general, this is a loud and raucous night in the neighborhood (as is Hauntfest, the neighborhood Halloween event, for anyone considering a quiet getaway.) We are sorry that the guests of the adjacent room didn't respect you as guests of the building by bringing their party into the building,...

We stayed at the Inn for 2 nights and had the house to ourselves! We enjoyed being on our own in the house - there were a few continental breakfast items, but this was not a traditional B and B. We were visiting University of Dayton for an Accepted Students day. We stayed in the Friuli room which was spacious...

We found this place on a whim. Really nice - older decor but very comfortable and clean. We were a little dismayed at the scant breakfast food - we would have brought bagels if we knew ahead of time. Staff wasn't around much but we got in the room with no hassle and had a number to call if needed....

The Oregon neighborhood is fantastic. It is loaded interesting restaurants and residential houses. The Inn is centrally located and a short walk to most of them. The Inn itself is an older historic residential home, converted to a B&B. I use that term loosely because breakfast is not cooked and served; rather there are supplies to make coffee and cinnamon...

We stayed in the Champagne Suite. The rooms were huge, but the overall impression was dark- furniture, lighting. The champagne which came with the package was excellent, and the front desk staff could not have been nicer. The other problem was that the breakfast selection was sparse- basically bagels and orange juice. The location is very good- in the up...

I stayed here for my bachelorette party. It is within walking distance to the historical Oregon district, so a lot of bars and shops and restaurants. It was clean and had everything we needed. That night we ended up having the entire house to ourselves. It is an awesome stay!

“There isn't a bad room in the place. We actually ended up renting the entire B&B, plus a room at the Guesthouse - and everyone was thrilled with their rooms. The extra touches of a stocked kitchen and record player in the central living room were perfect, we didn't really need to bring a thing extra!”
