Room was OK, but a bit on the dated side. Looked a little shopworn. The plus was the bathroom - it was ADA compliant, with rails by toilet, sink and in the bathtub. Door was wide enough for someone in a wheelchair.

First scent upon entering room was the smell of stale cigarettes. The windows do not open, so unless you keep your door open, their is no way to let fresh air in.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nice. Q/C doesn't blow that hard but did cool the room. Not alot of noises here unless you go when a bike group is in town then expect them to be partying. Bathroom is small
getting old, and can be noisy being right next to the freeway.

I am so sorry this happen to you KD8QGA, although we replace out a section of pillows every month there is always the possibility of one that we did not catch. As for the rates, our Hamvention customers have a special rate, they book through our group reservations and we have a significant discount set up just for them. We have always done this in consideration of our Hamvention Vendors. We participate with the organization for their requests and always keep in mind that our traveling vendors are within a budget.
