Had a lovely stay at the Cinnamon Bear Inn as part of our road trip around California. The room was clean and spacious with a four-poster bed. The inn is very centrally located just a 2 minute drive from the lift in the centre of the resort in one direction, while the shops, visitor centre and supermarket are 2 minute...

We stayed at the Cinnamon Bear Inn for 1 night as part of a 15 road trip in the US and we enjoyed our stay. We arrived after the main office had closed but this wasn't a problem as they left our key and instructions in an envelope outside the main lobby. Good points are that the bed was comfortable,...

Cute little bed and breakfast just off the main road. Has a very family-run feel to it. Wonderful hot breakfasts are included in the price, as was an early evening wine and cheese hour in the dining area. Extremely friendly staff and a nice quiet location.

We checked in late due to long drive from Las Vegas. I called ahead and was told the room key would be in a envelope outside the main door, which it was. Easy. Room was on top level, bigger than I thought, better than I thought based on other reviews. Bathroom adequate. We only stayed one night but it was...

Small hotel in a fairly central location in Mammoth Lakes. Room was fine but bed was a bit soft. No AC but not needed in late sept. Happy hour with wine and cheese was fine. Breakfast was less than adequate - home cooked without a buffet choice is fine if you like what they prepare, but I'd rather have a...

Just completed a 3 week road trip of CA and this room was the only that was a real let-down. The smell in the room was far from cinnamon, much more of a bear. The sense of smell usually adapts but not to this degree, could not wait to get out of there. Room was barely larger than the bed,...

Cinnamon Bear was the worst hotel while we were in the US for four weeks. What an awful room! It seemed we booked an economy room. I am sorry I did not do enough research. Then I would have found out these rooms are terrible. It is like sleeping in a closet, the smallest room with the smallest bed I...

Small place, but in a very quiet location. Staff warns you not to leave food in your car, because of bears. Older bed and breakfast, but rooms have been remodeled and are clean. Liked the decor and it was nice to have a fireplace in the room, since the temp can get cold, even in the summer. Enjoyed our stay...

Great location, great place very chilled out! Rooms are very dated but somehow adds to the charm of the area!! Breakfast wasn't great but personal opinion! No fridge or ability to buy drinks is a negative!

We stayed two nights here on our way from Las Vegas to Yosemite Park. Mammoth Lake is amazing. We arrived quite late after a long drive, we found the key in a envelope outside the office, so check in was fast. :) We stayed in room 9b, one of the smallest room they have, it was a bit run down...
