This could be a cute place, I guess. We only saw one room..11..which was above the office. It was more expensive as it was quite large. It has no air conditioning and the ceiling fan didn't work. They brought up 3 fans for us and...More

We've already replaced the shade. Sorry it wasn't done before you arrived. I'm looking into A/C units as the evenings used to cool quickly but I'm afraid it's getting warmer...all over.
If we promised you a couple of eggs, we should have delivered. I'll correct...More
Great location lovely staff, wish we'd have stayed longer. Cheese & wine early evening which was really nice. Delicious stuffed French toast for breakfast. Nice shops close by & a wonderful bakery, ideal for snacks to eat on the road. The snow was an added...More
This Inn was in a good location to the bus stops and some shopping, along with restaurants. The breakfasts in the morning were excellent, and the hostess and cook were friendly. The rooms themselves, however, are not updated and some have the busiest wallpaper designs...More

Ditto, the hot tub was working in July but I did not use it and it was at a different building than my room. I had the same thought that it would be a great treat after hiking for 10 hours but my personal schedule didn't permit and the bath in my suite was so comfy I didn't feel I missed out. Regarding the post about breakfast, I thought a made-to-order, homemade breakfast of waffles/pancakes and eggs was actually pretty sweet. Cereal is an option but they usually had a warm breakfast offering if you show up on time. Hot tea and coffee all day in the lounge by the fireplace. Great Inn.
