Have the Mountains at your Front Door. Juniper Springs Lodge, Sunstone and Eagle Run make up Mammoth's premier ski-in/ski-out resort. Located at Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express chairlift, these studio to three bedroom condos and townhomes offer an alpine getaway that is ideal for families. You'll also have access to two heated swimming pools, six outdoor heated hot tub spas and many more resort amenities. Our mountain resort is located above 8,000 feet and we historically experience mild summer temperatures. Because of our cool summers, our hotel and rooms are not equipped with air conditioning.

Our best year yet at Juniper Springs Resort with great snow and Eagle Lodge open for skiing for the first time in all our years going there! We were there for the entirety of the Thanksgiving week! With Juniper, it's always a top-notch visit because it feels like you're home. The team that includes Sergio Moreno and Luis Villanueva run a tight ship. The front desk was always responsive to our needs, the unit was an awesome two bedroom, two bath with a view of the ski lift. The weather was perfect for skiing with no lines and a smooth rental service thanks to great folks like Josh and Marty over at Eagle Lodge Rentals. Eddie and his housekeeping team were also super helpful and always around at just the right time. Our family always feels at home here. We even had a situation where one of our family members got stuck on the mountain and Allister was right there with his snowmobile to help us out! We highly recommend the property for easy ski access, spacious rooms with great views, quick trips down to Old Mammoth Road and the Vons there, and lesser crowds when compared to skiing at the top of the mountain. Overall awesome experience! Thanks Juniper. We will be back soon!

Hotel's Favourite
Our stay at the hotel was very memorable with hiking, enjoying the lakes, enjoying great hospitality with the workers at the resort. Our room had a gorgeous view of the mountains and trees. But what made it so heartfelt for us is the kindness, friendly personality of Jennifer in the resort café. She made us feel at home. And for that reason, we want to come back to this beautiful resort.

This resort is perfect for a ski family or a family that just wants to lounge. We had a 3 bedroom and it was very spacious and comfortable. Everything is very clean. The resort is ski and ski out. All employees are very knowledgeable of the area. You are just minutes to town, highly encourage you to do tubing. Great trip and would definitely come back.

Absolutely love this hotel and it was a life saver to me! My car was stuck in the snow storm near Mammoth Lakes and I got to stay in this hotel for 2 nights. The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The first night Javier took me to the 24/7 grocery store nearby knowing that I didn't have a car and couldn't get any food at that time. The other staff Kathy was very kind to offer help and all the information she knows about towing and snow plow after knowing my car was stuck in the road. I also got a lot useful information from other staffs in this hotel and Thank for them I was able to get my car out and safely back. The stay itself was also wonderful. There were coffee at the lobby in the mornings. The room was clean and comfy with all you need (we had a 2 bedroom suite). There is free shuttle in the town that has a stop at this hotel, which was quite convenient! definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 2 nights, midweek, at the end of August. We were using this hotel as a base for 2 days exploring Yosemite national park. We were checked in after a long drive from San Francisco by the extremely polite and welcoming check in staff. They were able to give us a room with a pool and mountain view after we requested at check in. Everything explained in relation to Pool times, car parks and local amenities. Our room was on the 2nd Floor, with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the views were incredible. The room itself was huge. Full kitchen, good sized bathroom and bedroom and a separate living area. Plenty of space for 2 people. Everything was clean, all kitchen crockery and cutlery already provided which we made use of. We cooked in both nights that we stayed here. Due to staying in the summer months we noticed a few of the bars / restaurants in the town were not open and only opened during ski season. Really not an issue for us as we were happy to eat in our room but something to note. The bed was comfy and we had a great nights sleep. Free parking onsite. Would stay again.

Very scenic area and the resort is within easy walking and driving of some of the most beautiful sights in North America like Yosemite and surrounding mountain ranges. The resort is primarily a condo community well-designed and with a multitude of lodging choices. My party consisted of seven people and we chose one of the 3-Bedroom condos. The condo was spacious, with a large kitchen, sleeping areas, a gas fireplace, and with great views off of the outside balcony. There was also a small coffee shop/store but no other restaurants in the resort and a large outdoor heated pool and fire pit for relaxation. The only drawback was the sofa bed in the room that wasn't comfortable to sleep on because of the worn mattress allowing springs to dig into your back. It was useless and the only reason this is a 4-star instead of a 5-star review. All-in-all, the location, price, and other amenities made the resort a good choice for a visit in a very thriving ski-oriented community.

We stayed 2 nights during our visit to Mammoth. While this is a perfect location for skiing, we were here in the fall, so it was very quiet. Room was quiet and comfortable with a full kitchen, private balcony and fireplace. Parking garage is convenient. A great stay.
