Arrived at main juniper lodge and was told we would be staying at the sunstone building. We were also notified upon arrival we could not store our equipment in the room, but there were lockers available at the sunstone building. Fine, no problem. Finally find the lockers and then guess what? You need a lock. Where do we get a...

Third time at Juniper and not as impressed, sadly. Avoid any rooms not on top floor unless constant stomping footsteps are not bothersome to you. No hot tub / pool towels in our room vs. previous visits. TV not working in living room. Wifi very slow, albeit free. My previous review was more glowing, but less enamored with this resort...

Everything was very good with only one complication when our room keys no longer worked on our room and the amenities, which the front desk quickly fixed. The only improvement the hotel could make is increase the water temperature in the Jacuzzis

We had been in mammoth for a week when Friday February 17th California got hit with a storm so big it closed everything. Luckily, we got the last Studio at juniper springs and I'm glad to have it. There are 5 of us, 2 parents and 3 kids but we made it work. Room #436 Studio rear facing, queen bed...

Juniper Springs Lodge is right at the base of the chair lift to ski/board Mammoth Mountain. Friendly staff, clean rooms with all amenities, fair price. Free shuttle to grocery store, dinning, etc. Best Mammoth place to stay!

We have stayed at Juniper Springs in the past. We had a few glitches to start out. Our room had pluming problems but the staff was very accommodating and they did eventually move us to anther room the following day. The resort is situated directly next to Eagle Lodge which makes it very convienant for skiers and snowboarders. They have...

My stay here was extremely nice. The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay in Mammoth was first rate. I happened to visit during a snowstorm, however, the staff made sure all my needs were met. I would highly recommend this property as well as all the properties managed by this group.

We would like to give a huge appreciative shout-out to Raul M. and his crew for helping us with the snow. They were incredibly helpful, and I need to thank them for their very professional service. This was the type of service that keeps us coming back to the ease and comfort of the Juniper Lodge. This was the fifth...
