This was a wonderful way to stay in Mammoth Lakes and have a cozy cabin all to ourselves! The cabin was fully furnished and included firewood for burning in the fireplace. The only thing we needed to provide was the food we were going to cook. The cabins are right on Lake Mary, and allowed us beautiful views and a...

My family has been coming her for well over 10 years. It is our place to disconnect from this increasingly connected society we live in. We bring our pups, our little kids and a lot of reason to take in the beauty. The cabins are rustic. It's almost like being in camp when you were little, but slightly upgraded. Yes,...

My friend and I made an unscheduled and unplanned trip up to Mammoth Lakes. Located on Lake Mary, is this wonderful lodge. It offers several individual cabins which has a range of one bedroom to four bedrooms. Each cabin faces the lake. Within each cabin there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and bedrooms. It was really nice to have...

We loved the cottages at Crystal Crag Lodge! The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped with great stone fireplace and endless fresh dry wood for our use. Our cottage was a 2 bedroom and had a futon in the living area with two chairs, diningroom table to seat 4+ and kitchen had everything we needed. The décor is perfect...

I read all the reviews before booking and this is my take: rustic? yes, cabins need some updating/fixing? yes, internet/TV? no (this is good), cell phone service? yes, a bit expensive for what you get? yes, curtains a bit thin, letting in light? yes, but you can close off the outside shutters and make it dark, will I come back? Absolutely!...

This is the second time we've stayed at Crystal Crag Lodge, the first time we were with a family group and took up 3 cabins for 3 nights. This time, just my wife and I returned to celebrate our 30th anniversary. That said, we've seen 4 of the cabins of various sizes and they are wonderful if you are looking...

Sadly disappointed in our stay at Crystal Crag Lodge. We enjoy rustic - but felt the cabin was over priced for what it was. We rented a beautiful 3 bedroom cabin with a nice deck in Truckee for what we paid for two cramped rooms and no view at Crystal Crag. Our deck (untidy with leaf litter and rather narrow)...

Our family spends a week here every year. We never tire of the view from our deck. There is so much to do in the area that our stay is different every year. Tripadvisor list this place as a hotel, but it is really a group of individual cabins. The cabins are rustic, but comfortable. they supply everything. The kitchen...

We stayed here in early October 2013, our second stay. It was wonderful. The area is a beautiful Alpine Lake - Mary. Good fishing, easy boating and just gorgeous scenery. They have a dock and rent boats. It is about 10 minutes to town via old Mammoth road. Sitting at 9000 feet, the air is clean and clear, the stars...

We stayed at Ruby cabin for 3 nights during Sept. After reading the reviews we expected very basic cabin but were happily surprised. First of all the location is magnificent, right beside lake marry. Our cabin had a lake view and we loved having our own made breakfast on the porch. They had a small pier and we rented a...

We have 22 cabins from 1-4 bedrooms set right alongside beautiful Lake Mary, just minutes from the town of Mammoth Lakes, but in a world of our own. Incomparable setting and views and some of the best hiking, biking, and fishing anywhere.
