Decided to go up to Mammoth Mountain for opening weekend of 2016 ski season. Got online and found Shilo Inn for only $99 a night. I've stayed plenty in Mammoth and that is a great price especially during ski season!! Hotel was very clean, staff was great, and nice big room in hotel foyer with fire place and area to...

We arrived late in the evening on route to yosemite. The reception was very kind to warn us to remove all foods and drinks out off the car = bears. The pool was looking good. Rooms very spaceous. Don't bother taking breakfast

The Shiloh inn is a aging hotel with basic but comfortable and clean rooms. The rooms are large with a small refrigerator as well as microwave and coffee maker. There is free wifi, parking and the hotel offers an indoor pool and spa, sauna and steam room. The location is pretty good along Main Street and close to most attractions....

Mammoth lakes is a small town outside Yosemite National Park, with stunning views. This hotel looks decent from the outside but get inside and you have stepped back in time at least 30 years. Check in was a breeze, as we where the only people in the congested foyer. Lift to the room on the 2nd floor was slow, everything...

First thing you notice is the lack of signage. Once you find it is a nice place, between summer and winter place was quiet. Front desk was very helpful on how to find places. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast with waffles being a headliner. I used the pool and spa, they have a steam room and sauna as well....

It's a ski town and the hotel shows the attributes of a lower price (not cheap) facility catering to skiers. The breakfast was totally uninviting mostly due to the lack of choice and space to sit and eat it. The garage was a nice feature. Room was plain, no issues there.

At first we thought it was a bit outdated, but it was a clean, comfortable, very large room and we were very pleased. The breakfast was good, even had hard boiled eggs for some protein. The only problem was the room was not ready by 4:00 and we were exhausted. Maybe they were shorthanded.

The hotel was pretty nice but the price is just ridiculous. There were also a few minor things usually not worth even mentioning but again, for the price that's silly. Also, we got kind of ripped of using their coin laundry.

Very run down property. The room was clean but the carpet look like it was never replaced. When you walk across the floor you could feel a hole under the carpet. Breakfast was very disappointing. The juice was warm and the muffins were cold almost like they were taken right out of the freezer.
