We stayed at the Shilo Inn Suites in Mammoth Lakes 15 to 18 September 2016. The facility, accommodations, amenities and staff are exceptional. The Continental Breakfast is awesome. Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. A special thank you to the front desk staff, they were very accommodating, friendly and professional. We will be back.

This was exactly right location for us journeying into Yosemite. The receptionist got us all on one floor (party of 5) at no extra cost. Room was ok for one night plenty of space but in need of a bit of tender loving care, if you put this down to end of season tiredness you are being generous. Biggest disappointment...

Take this review seriously, I travel extensively and am not a hotel complainer. This hotel definitely looks better in the pictures than in real life. Furnishings are very downscale, but I honestly was OK with that.. just one night on a road trip. The problem was the bed was HARD. I sleep pretty much anywhere, and have camped quite a...

Decent hotel with decent rooms. Carpets could have been cleaner but no musty or other smells. Breakfast is limited to boiled eggs if you are on a low carb program. Has lots of parking. Staff is friendly. The room had a coffee maker, a microwave and a mini fridge. So that's good. The TV is friendly - but if you...

Out of 10 motels we have stayed inn during our road trip, this was by far the worst one! Old with bad smell in the room, showed lots of wear and tear and had no safe in the room, reception was nice and warned us about leaving any food at the car - did have to move everything to our...

Stayed at Shilo a number of years ago. Was a nice mid-range hotel. Unfortunately nothing has been done to sustain or upgrade since it was built. We found it seedy and very uncomfortable, and would not stay again.

I stayed for one night with my wife and 3 kids (age 5, 7 and 10). We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds online and the confirmation clearly indicated this. When we got to our room, there was only 1 king bed with a broken pull out couch. One of the legs of the pull out section broken,...

Positive: quiet hotel, big room, the kitchenette with a proper sink and a fridge. The indoor spa with a pool, sauna and heated jacuzzi, though the colour of the water in the jacuzzi was dark green. The staff was helpful and could check us in before 12 a.m. Negative: unfortunately hard beds, my back ached after the first night. The...

We stayed here 3 nights while taking day trips to Mono Lake and Yosemite National Park. Our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order for all except the last day we were there. The room with two queen beds was quite large with a nice seating area and table under the window as well...
