First time in Philly for the AAAE Convention. Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Great service, staff, food and access to convention center. Really enjoyed access to the market which is kitty corner to the hotel in the old Reading Railroad train station. Reminded me of Vancouver's Granville Island Market, lots of iconic shops, delis great food selection and wonderful...

This hotel's main advantage is the good location. We walked to a local restaurant for dinner and walked to the Town Hall and to Chinatown. The room we stayed in, was adequate and we had a comfortable stay.

This downtown Marriott is a wonderful hotel, but the big surprise was the excellent food served during a conference. The rooms were crisp and clean and all the services in this larger conference hotel were excellent.

This is overall a standard Marriott that wouldn't stand out much on its own if it didn't have such a killer location. The convention center, train station, and Reading Market are all steps away, plus there is a stop for the Phlash bus. My high floor room was fine. A fine place to quickly get back to after too much...

I recently stayed at this Marriott for a conference. The location is great. There is a skywalk connecting the hotel directly to the conference center on the third floor. You can walk to the conference center from within. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The Chinatown is right around the corner, so is the shopping street.. Within walking distance...

The train from the airport takes you straight to Jefferson Street and you then go up in a lift to the Convention Center and you cross the bridge to the Marriott reception and all for just 1$ if you are over 65! Train ticket otherwise is $10 and saves a $30+ taxi - more important vest airport to hotel service...

I stayed at quite a few Marriott hotels before. However, Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is by far the poorest example of what Marriott could be. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days for a conference. The Good: Location is great. The hotel is right next to the convention center. So everything was close by. There are lots of places to...

Stayed early June 2015 for a conference. Check in was realtively quick. Room was good, plenty of room and no trouble with room or housekeeping services. We had room 1776 which was kinda cool for our first trip here. Everyone was friendly to us. Hotel lobby bar was a bit expensive (as expected) but fun. Location is excellent. Walking distance...

In a great downtown location, across from 7-11, I must add! Rooms were clean. Staff was accomodating! What more could you ask for! I was in town for a company convention and this made an awesome venue. No negatives.

I just stayed at the Marriott for my trip to philly when I was visiting family. This hotel is right in the middle of everything and it is within walking distance of many things. The redding terminal market and maggianos are right across the street. The art museum and the Franklin institute were very close as well. The hotel has...
