Like many, I stayed here three nights for a conference. The location is great and you can walk to tons of restaurants, shops, sites, and transportation. The conference facilities were fine if rather broken up (across floors and halls). My room was in the Headhouse Tower. It is a little bit of a walk (across the lobby, up an escalator,...

We stayed here because of a conference at the trade center. It was in February and it was COLD. This was so nice because it was connected, and we didn't even have to go outside. Unless we wanted to. They also have a Starbuck's, Dunkin Donuts, Hard Rock all connected. Plus a large mall (kind of getto) but enjoyed the...

This property is situated almost next to Reading terminal market and a short walk from Independence Mall. It must have seen its hey days, but is now gradually sinking towards the surrounding urban dinge of a typical US metropolis. But the service levels were fantastic, courteous and prompt and somewhat made up for the dreary atmosphere. If you are visiting...

I stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. The internet upload speed was less than 1 Mbps making it completely non-functional. I could not load many webpages or send email. In contrast, my Starbucks is 50 Mbps. The internet was slow all the time – I tried to use it at 4 am, 6 pm and at 11...

We had a great stay here! It is a very nice hotel right in the center of downtown Philly and right next to Reading Terminal Market. Anthony at the front desk and the rest of the staff were super friendly and accomidating. Room was nice and had a great view of the city.

Stayed at this hotel on a busy Friday night while a very large Conference had "taken over" the city. The hotel is in a perfect location in Center City, connected to the Convention Center and the Redding Terminal Market. It is very clean and up-to-date. We were on one of the upper floors, and it was amazingly quiet. Even though...

Our family of 4 stayed in two rooms for a recent college visit. We were upgraded to a marquis suite with a connecting double bedded room. Plenty of room to spread out. It would be tight to have four stay in one room. Rooms were clean and yes the hotel is slightly dated. All of the staff were so friendly...

Nice hotel with many meeting rooms. Beware however of rooms on the 6th floor especially room 658. Located beneath the workout room where weights hitting the floor resonate to your room. Asked to be moved after a sleepless night, at 7:00 am the following morning and was promised a change in a couple of hours. 5 hours later no call...

The hotel room is clean and it's very close to the Conference Center. Especially useful when there's bad weather. I stayed for two nights for a conference and it was super easy. It snowed on one of the days and it was so nice to just go through the walkway to the Conference Center. My room was clean and pretty...

This hotel is a massive conference facility and hotel. Stopped here for a conference. Conference facilities were good and well run. Room was great and kept immaculately by the housekeeping team. Food was good. Would recommend for business or leisure. Has a pool and spa but did not get to use it.
